We stayed for two days for my daughter’s cheer competition and I have to tell you that Shelly and Xena at the front desk

Pros:

The outside looks great, the lobby area was very nice, good location for our appointment the next morning .

Cons:

The bathroom door handle was broken, the shower curtain was not secured properly so it did not hang right the toilet was hard to flush and the sink faucet was very loose and the water pressure was not great, so maybe if you book a room on booking you get the broken rooms.

Is a place I will never recommend or stay.
Pros:

The food was great, but the room was\n Broken. I believe they gave us the worst room at the hotel. You need to hire staff more friendly. I asked for tiles.\nAnd they said they didn't have any\nTotally unacceptable. I will make it a point.Never to stay at your facility again.

Cons:

The receptionist should tell the clients.There is no weekend service. How Can a 1/2 empty hotel?Not have any towels. Have you ever asked why your hotel is half empty? It has to do with the people at the front counter. I will make it my best effort.Never to stay at your hotel.

Great place to stay in OKC.
Pros:

The bed was very soft and so were the pillows. The air conditioner was quiet but not too quiet. I have to have some noise to go to sleep to. The staff were super nice. The shower was great and the towels and bath cloths did not feel like sand paper. It was quiet in the room and very comfortable.

Cons:

I’m sure during the week the breakfast is better. But it was not the worst I have had.

Pros:

While i was swimming a snake was on the pool swimming with me. Also the bathtub was very slick, i slipped and fell backwards over the tub and onto the floor. I am hiring pretty bad today. Hopefully you can give me a refund.

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in room, was very nice and convenient. Staff was quick to help. Could use some updates on carpet in the hallway going to your room, and in the rooms. Door to get out of our room seemed to stick a lot and refused to open. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Infested with flies, small pool, no hot tub. Friendly staff. Not super clean but decent. I’d rather stay somewhere else if I revisit the area.
