It was a great stay and prefer to stay again when visiting Chengdu.
Pros:

The location was very good, Halal food was available at a walking distance from the hotel.
Breakfast was very good.
It was easy to get to Metro or get a Taxi via AMAP with a short wait time.

Cons:

Having staff which can understand and speak English. Adding Halal meal option to their meal menu will be of great help for Muslim visitors.
No Muslim shower option available in the toilet, it should be added.

Loved it!
Pros:

Properly was really clean, interiors and exteriors were beautiful and modern! Loved the facilities available such as a huge and modern gym, laundry services, hotel breakfast etc! Lobby was very accessible for our car to enter too!

Cons:

Occasional cigarette smoke smell. Hope the “no smoking” policy on certain floors or areas could be more strictly reinforced.

Pros:

Stayed here as part of a tour group with Wendy Wu. Rooms were comfortable, but starting to shows signs that they could do with a makeover. Bar staff were friendly and went out of their way to look after you. Breakfast had a good selection.

Очень хороший отель!приезжали всей семьёй,было все замечательно !хорошие завтраки,чистые,уютные номера!рядом хорошая улица с ресторанами,прям рядом с отель есть кофейня Starbucks.

Cons:

Не понравился бассейн, чуть не уютный,там проводят уроки плаванья для детей,для отдыхающих не комфортно !

Great hotel for foreigners
Pros:

Great hotel for foreigners. All staff spoke English, and the concierges and manager went above and beyond to support our requests. They helped us decide our itineraries, bought event tickets, and even wrote down the dinner order before we went to restaurants! Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has a Starbucks in front of it and is a 5-minute walk from a street full of dining options and a metro station. Most attractions are close by with a short taxi or metro ride. Bonus - the kids got a little panda stuffed toy as a souvenir at the end of our stay.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious Hotel close to main attractions of the city. Very helpful staff and management made me feel very much taking care of Howard and Victor were the most memorable staff members and very knowledgeable. Arranged a lot of things for us. Sauna, sports gym and swimming pool are excellent as well.
