Room was clean and front desk staff pleasant
Breakfast cost >$10 / person and no coffee or eggs
Staff was very friendly.
No breakfast was offered which is fine.
Another guest at the hotel came into my room with their key card from the front desk. That was very upsetting.
Parking, Valet is way overpriced and I was overcharged by them.
Fast online check in
Paid parking was $28 and had to pay separately rather than adding to the room. Room did not have towels and had to ask twice before eventually going downstairs and the security guard ended up going to the back and retrieving them. Room was cleaned in a rush with some areas being left dusty.
The lady who was over the breakfast area was really friendly.
1st Room I was given was not cleaned yet, and their response was, " Well, I can't keep up with everything.
2nd Room was no air, no phone, and my bed was broken

Location. The room size and bed were comfortable.
Staff would rather be anywhere but here. It was unwelcoming, awkward, and uncomfortable. Card keys didn’t work. Towels present for only one person instead of two. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. Shower could use updating.

The room never got cold after I use the air conditioner it was a hot box, the shower didn't close leaving water on the floor, almost feel and the phone didn't work nor did the ironing machine.

The parking was valet only (i wasn’t aware beforehand). Street parking is only available on weekends bc it’s surrounded by so many businesses.
Room was quiet.
When we called to ask for hand soap for the bathroom sink, it was delivered promptly.
Front of hotel, trash was overflowing. No soap on the bathroom counter for washing our hands, had to call and ask for some. Door to the air return was left unlocked, we wondered what it was so we opened it. It was full of dust and dirt, filter had not been changed in a LONG time. And it was located right next to the head of the bed. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty and pink mold was growing in the corners. Light outside the bathroom near the coffee/refrigerator did not work. Maybe bulb was blown? Workout equipment was in a basement, and most of it was not in working order.
Everything's! The service was awesome the staff was amazing!; friendly and loved their smiles!!!i amazing men and women who work in kitchen awesome! Great food! And great tip on what to eat at Iron Horse! Awesome experience!
The only coffee in the room was decaf and there was no creamer or sugar. I'm a coffee lover!!

It was dirty and was told we can get a virtual key.. that never happened.

Over charged my card stealing , car was broken into items was stolen, waited 2 hours for check in and room was still dirty
