The hotel's location was good for our exploration of the western part of Shenzhen.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location in that it was above a mall and a metro train stop. Taxis were plentiful. Staff attitude friendly. Bedding was comfortable. View of the Window of the World was beautiful. Sound proofing was good.

Cons:

I had booked 3 rooms in total for 6 adult family members. The hotel staff initially had some trouble finding the reservations and took around 25 minutes to finally sort things out.

The rooms - whilst generally clean, the rooms were dated. The carpets in all 3 rooms (Premier Deluxe rooms) were somewhat shabby and did not look clean. The hand basins in all 3 rooms looked old and worn, ours had darkened pits and family members in another room reported cracks in the basin. The TV in my room had some problems with its sound system. Family members in one of the rooms requested a change of rooms, but had to move back to the original assigned room because they found the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The staff acknowledged the problem and were apologetic and offered free complimentary breakfasts. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing an renovation in the coming year.

One of the best hotels in Shenzhen.
Pros:

Nice location next to big shopping mall. Good fitness gym open 24hr. Spacious room with all the necessary amenities.

Cons:

Just like any other chinese hotels, even though it is non smoking room, I can smell smoke. For high rise rooms, waiting for elevator is long.

A very nice stay, The carpet was stained severely.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast because of early departure. Had they served at 6 am it would have allowed enough time. Nothing within any of the hotel information mentioned the availability of the train station adjoining the facility.

Cons:

Disclosure of transportation options and their convenience to the hotel in detail.
