Pros:

I liked the location a lot and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

The swimming pool rules and the breakfast in the club room was not as good as the general breakfast on level 1.

連續居住二晚豪華套房，該飯店的房間中算頂級套房，然第一晚半夜天花版漏水，回報修好了，隔天半夜繼續漏水，持續… ，第二天的欲反應但電話無人接聽，需親自到一樓前台反應，五星飯店對房間天花板漏水的處置，真是無法理解. 而如此嚴重的服務疏失，也無法提出合適的賠償方案， 對此，對貴飯店非常失望，不建議入住.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the Window of the World Park. I also loved the bathtub. I also loved that the hotel has direct access to the mall, and through the mall, direct access to the metro—so you don’t even need to go outside to catch your train.

Excepcional hotel i tracte del personal

L’hotel disposa d’habitacions molt premium, però a banda de que és un gran hotel, connectat directament amb el centre comercial de sota, el que més destaco és l’amabilitat i gran disposició de tot el personal per ajudar. En 2 ocasions vaig demanar menjar de fora per l’habitació i el personal em va ajudar a fer la comanda, fins i tot des dels seus telèfons personals (després els hi vaig pagar, evidentment!) per tal de q fos més fàcil el procés, em van cuidar de forma excepcional. Se’ns dubte el millor hotel de referència a Shenzhen! Tornaré!
