The staff was extremely nice and courteous.
Well, there was a renovation going on, fortunately we couldn’t hear anything where we were placed. However, the fridge didn’t cool anything and the bed was very hard. We were exhausted from lack of sleep so that when we got home we slept amazingly well.

Felt safe and clean. However I did get stuck in the elevator with my dog. No cell service to call the front desk with the number posted. Finally got out.

The elevator was not working it’s was horrible experience getting stuck for minutes
We love Hamptons unfortunately, this particular Hampton is being renovated. It wasn't up to Hampton standards and we felt there should have been a discount.
