Worth the price
Pros:

We stayed in the Junior Suite that has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms thus for 4 adults the room is worth it.

Cons:

Cleanliness needs to be upgraded

De suite te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

De ligging en het lekkere a la carte eten in het restaurant.
Het uitzicht aan de waterkant.
Personeel zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Ik had de suite, maar de prijs kwaliteit was niet goed.
De suite is toe aan renovatie! Scheuren in de gordijnen.

Goede locatie, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. Leuke bar met goede selectie dranken.

Cons:

Kamers en zwembad wat verouderd, kamer lawaaiig door installatie en wind. Te weinig keukengerei, zoals glazen en bestek.

Pros:

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice facilities with an infinity pool overlooking the water. Tasty food in the breakfast buffet.
The room is spacious and very comfortable.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Dirty and tricky
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located in the city of balikpapan

Cons:

The hotel is dirty, need maintenance in the room and building.
The staff is friendly, but they deliberately put us in the room with NO view, eventhough the occupancy is low, and many rooms are available.

Dissapointing, not worth for the money spent
Pros:

I only like HOTEL BREAKFAST. Room price including the breakfast. Hotel offered variety of different foods that vary each day. All the staff were helpful dan friendly. I rented a car and they provide free parking.

Cons:

When I made a booking I mentioned I need room with TWIN BED, but assigned room was deluxe queen size bed. They did not see the message and don't bother to check the messaged. No point of communicating UNLESS maybe call hotel directly. Hotel location was great, but the facilities were poor. Room had water heater, but no hot water came out. Towel that supposed to be WHITE in colour became yellowish. NO hand towel. NO HAIR DRYER. When I requested extra towel, extra towel MUST PAY. Room provide mini dry kitchen but NO UTENSILs. Swimming pool look nice, but the water a little murky and always had dead insect floating especially at the kids pool. There were many leaves inside the swimming pool, as you swim occasionally the leaves touched our body that startled us. In few places, floor uneven, so watch the steps while walking. If only they could maintain the facilities well... with the good service and great location that they have now, it would be perfect and it can be one of the most favorite hotel in BALIKPAPAN.
