All children under 12 can only access the spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

Le lieu magnifique , la chambre très grande et très propre, le petit déjeuner, le personnel très sympathique et avenant.
Petit bémol le temps d’attente pour prendre un verre au bar, car le serveur était tout seul à 19h et l’attente également pour le petit déjeuner le dimanche matin car il y avait beaucoup de monde à l’hôtel. Mais la gentillesse du personnel nous a fait vite oublier ce contretemps.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, a vista era linda, adorei tanto a piscina exterior como interior, o pequeno almoço foi dos melhores pequenos-almoços que já tive, se não, o melhor e tem uma ótima localização.

Pouca iluminação nos quartos. Não há regulagem de temperatura funcionante. Gosto de frio...Quarto estava quente... Ativei a refrigeração e não funcionou. Sem iluminação na casa de banho para fazer uma barba. Frigobar com regulagem de temperatura quebrada. Refresquei meu vinho na janela...Cobrança de depósito de 100 euros no check in.... Gosto de consumir e pagar só no final da estadia. Não consumi nada por essa indelicadeza. Entrei no banco agora. Débito total : estadia mais 100 euros. Aguardando o reembolso de 100 euros... Ginásio muito mal equipado : uma esteira, uma bicicleta e um aparelho para exercícios de braços. Pequeno almoço domingo : terrível !!!! Salão para 30 pessoas em hotel lotado. Fila para entrar. Não disponibilizam leite e café para auto serviço. Tens que solicitar e esperar que alguém te sirva. Atendentes de mesa não entendem português e trazem tudo errado...Nem os portugueses sabem o que é um bule !!!! Hoje, segunda-feira, com o pequeno salão mais vazio, o problema continuou... Tudo que pedes vem ao contrário....Pedes leite desnatado, trazem café. Pedes café descafeinado, trazem café normal. Tive que mostrar no meu telemóvel a um atendente oriental e a uma portuguesa a imagem de um bule !!!! Queria um bule de leite para 2 e um pouco de café descafeinado para fazer meias de leite !!! Enquanto isso os ingleses vão sendo recebidos, em inglês, com toda pompa e circunstância. Ou seja : já foi um grande hotel que recomendei a centenas de pessoas. Hoje é apenas um palácio com cheiro a mofo e muito mal administrado. Espero não ter que ir pessoalmente resgatar meu reembolso de 100 que paguei sem nada consumir. El hotel es precioso. El desayuno espectacular. La habitación muy bonita y con vistas al rio muy relajante. El colchón y la almohada impresionantes. Todo esta perfecto. El paisaje es maravilloso.
