Everything - the palace is extraordinary, the rooms very well equipped with a delightful bed.
The view is very special and the spa is of great quality.
If I had to point something it would be the bath/shower as it is a bit tight but the little window to the room gives it a nice touch
Una maravilla de lugar con una ubicación excelente! El personal super amable. Disfrutamos del Spa y de un buen masaje. Destacar la simpatía, amabilidad y educación del personal de recepción, camareros y gente de plantas. Y también del chico que nos dío el masaje. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.
Por ponerme algún “pero” creo que este tipo de hoteles deberían ser solo adultos.

El sitio es muy bonito porque es un castillo y las vistas y el paraje son preciosas .
Para el precio cobrado y nivel de hotel no se acerca a las expectativas . Varias cosas, el personal es como junior y no te atienden como corresponde . El desayuno es un caos y los camareros se hacen literalmente los locos . La tortilla está incomible por ejemplo. El bufet está puesto elegante pero le faltan muchísimas opciones de un hotel de ese nivel . Para mí del personal se salva una chica que nos atendió a la llegada y cuando nos fuimos.
