Pros:

Everything was great. It’s nice to be away from the busyness of the center. So if you’re looking for a relaxing time in Porto - this is it. Special mention about how quiet the rooms are here, compared to most hotels in Europe. We wanted to relax, rest and be on a slower pace and this place was perfect for it.

Openingstijden restaurants elke dag anders, personeel soms vriendelijk maar ook vaak erg ongeïnteresseerd en heel erg traag. Ander soort gasten wat ze aantrekken niet echt het volk wat je verwacht op een 5 sterren hotel

Beautiful and value for money
Pros:

The palace is really beautiful, and the location is right on the river. Staff is very friendly, and I am amazed at their customer service. We had some minor issues and the way they contacted us and helped us was amazing. There are some Indian staff members and they are also extremely helpful and shower you with their brilliant hospitality!

Cons:

I wish they change the color of their rooms, from pale brown to something bright. Rooms are big and the color change will make them look bigger!
