Good hotel but...
Pros:

Value for money
Comfortable
Good size room

Cons:

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the conversation s going on pretty constantly between the staff, particularly the reception staff, in their own language. I found it very uncomfortable.

Ok for one night
Pros:

The location was perfect within 5 minutes of the beach. Had a nice outside area to sit and have a drink.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great. Rooms really tired could do with renovating.

The excessive heat in the room, top floor location and the fire alarm issue really affected our stay
Pros:

The location is excellent for access to the town and the beach and is in a quiet road. Their garden is lovely. The beds were nice and the sheets felt nice. The staff are friendly. Its a budget hotel but still you do pay for the location. There was lots of hot water possibly even a bit too hot.

Cons:

I have fibromyalgia and arthritis which they were told about but they put me on the top floor and the lift to that floor was not working. The room being in the loft space meant that it was excessively hot, we had three fans going constantly in the room and we were still far too hot that we both felt unwell. The shower was the worst I ever had in a hotel, if you wanted a cooler shower there was no water pressure to make this possible. The dressing table was dodgy, if you leant on it it would tip forwards, this needs attaching to the wall as it is a hazard. The fire alarms went off in the night for two nights and we left the building, the fire brigade attended as somebody called them. We could smell weed in the stairwell so somebody must be smoking it in ones of the rooms. I have been here before but had a better room, sorry to say I dont think I will again. Shame as it could be lovely with a bit of money spent on it. I sat in the garden as it was so hot and got injured by getting my skin caught in a broken seat.

Hotel is very dated, but clean sheets and towels. Bed was uncomfortable, but staff were helpful
Pros:

It was convenient for getting to the venue that were were visiting.

Cons:

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep, so glad that it was just for one night.
We were told that weekend check out time was 11.00am, but when we got back to our room from breakfast at 10.05 the door key cards didn’t work to let us in, as they are programmed to close at 10.00am during the week days and doesn’t change for 11.00 automatically at weekends. Very inconvenient having to go back to reception to get them unlocked.

Pros:

It is close to the beach.

Cons:

1.One of the ladies from reception was very unfriendly. When we arrived, nobody was at the reception and we were waiting. She was on her way to reception, and I saw in her face how annoyed she was seeing us waiting. The next morning, she didn't reply to "good morning."
2. The rooms look more beautiful in the pictures.
