Family room for 190, no Akon, beds uncomfortable pillows comfortable and don't ask abt the room,they were so outdated,no water, vert small fan, windows not tilted,garden room but couldn't even open drab back the curtain will cot come again

How can a hotel operate in such poor condition?

The elevator feels like it could get stuck at any moment because it shakes and moves far too much while going up. The bathroom door in our room didn’t even have a lock. There was no air conditioning, only a fan that barely worked. How is it possible for a beach hotel not to have air conditioning?

There were cobwebs everywhere, the beds creaked every time you tried to sleep, and the TV only had about five channels. If you wanted to charge your phone, you had to unplug either the TV or the water heater because there were only two power outlets, and they barely worked. I left my phone charging all night, and it didn’t charge at all. The TV also turned itself off twice.

I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were in much better condition. Even the soft drink vending machine at reception was out of order.

The hotel is honestly in very poor condition. I can only assume the owner and management completely ignore these reviews because they should not be operating a hotel that compromises both the safety and the comfort of its guests.
