Great room and location.
Pros:

Location,parking, large room.with small sofa and comfy chair. Large window to front of hotel gardens.

Ok if you’re there for a short trip
Pros:

Location and few receptionist

Cons:

Night receptionist not really helpful. No chance to buy water in the building. Asked reception and the guy said to walk to the off licence 5 min walk under heavy rain. Not mentioned during the booking the 50£ deposit for dog plus the price of his stay.

Very happy with our stay at this good hotel for very good price !
Pros:

We booked this online after a rather negative 1 night experience in Boscombe, we're on a budget so we're looking for the cheapest price for the best looking place & this is what we found ! When we walked into our room we were very pleasantly surprised ! Really nice, spacious, clean, comfortable room ! We got a twin bed room & it had a sitting room area with sofa & armchair/s & ensuite bathroom with full bath & overhead shower 🚿, toilet & wash basin ! I love to get a bath, not common these days ! Had TV., fan, etc. Big wardrobe, drawers, coffee table & desk. Lots of windows and natural light. Staff allowed me a late check-out. Much appreciated, Thank You All !!

Cons:

Parking was a slight problem but nothing major or off-putting, upon our arrival, the carpark at the front was full so we parked a couple of streets away, I parked in bays up on the cliffs, a very short walk away. We asked about this at reception & they explained there's more parking at the back but I think there's a daily charge or registration of number plate at reception, I can't remember but the 2nd day I was able to move my car to the front carpark so I never had to pay anything for parking, so happy.
Plug points for charging phones weren't as close to both pillow ends of beds as I remember but was fine.
One of the sash windows, being a bit old, wouldn't stay up on its own so needed us to use something to keep it propped up that's all
