Wyteka and the staff were awesome, she was professional, and pleasant. Although it was an overnight stay we were thankful for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely keep this location as a favorite.

Dirty. Old. Bathroom had dirty fingerprints around the door handles
Prior to arriving for check in, received a call letting me know they were unable to accommodate us with our preferred room. She asked if we would take a different room and she made sure we had a place to stay. When arriving the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Top star for her.
When I checked out I asked for a printed copy of my receipt and was told they do not do that. But when my daughter stays there for travel ball, she gets a hard copy receipt .
The staff was great.
The toilet seat was extremely loose. The chair was disguising so we had them bring us a sheet to put over it. They did offer us to change rooms, we didn’t want to gather our stuff and take a chance of the room being worse.

No pool, breakfast could have been a better quality, coffee was a bit weak, could use an update, but clean and safe with pleasant staff.
