Hotel Paulette

Me gusto todo, excepto el tamaño de la habitación; es el estándar de Europa; llevábamos 5 hoteles antes en otros lugares con mayor espacio; pero aun así es funcional para dos personas; no nos quejamos y el hotel esta cómodo para llegar, dormir cómodo, despertar con cafe y algunos aperitivos de desayuno. El trato muy bueno; se guarda un poco de humedad en los pasillos, podrían trabajar en ello. La localización increíble a lado del Sena.

Très bruyant

Room ridiculously small. Cleaning staff regularly blocked the very small lift with large bundles of used towels and bedding.
Good parking at Opera nearby.

Gutes Restaurant, aber es kann nachts sehr laut werden. Auch das Getränke und Essen nicht auf dem Zimmer gestattet sind, finde ich nicht ok. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, deswegen war es ok - trotzdem komisch das nur per Zettel im Hotel zu kommentieren.

Great location in centre of city with good rooms, modern bathrooms, air con and superb breakfast

The hôtel was nicely decorated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was really cramped. My tall husband could barely shower in it and there was zero counter space

Tiny rooms, very clean but very small

Hotel bonito, muito limpo, renovado e muito bem localizado no centro de Rouen. Ao lado da catedral e à estação de metrô, bem como do Rio Sena. Cama e chuveiro excelentes. Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade.
Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. Agradeço muito a prestatividade da equipe.

Chambre récente et literie confortable, excellent petit déjeuner !
Par contre la chambre est exiguë, notamment l'accès sdb/toilettes.

Lovely city two hours outside of Paris.
Rouen Cathedral beautiful and changes color depending on time of day. Magical.

Superbe déco, très propre et bien situé. Personnel agréable sans êre oppressant.
Excellent petit-déjeuner avec une belle sélection et même du fait maison, prix très raisonnable. Nous reviendrons!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paulette! It was so close to shopping. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff was great! Would highly recommend!

The location was convenient to walk to the historic sites. Parking is available around the corner. The room was tight however it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Un hotel ou je retourne toujours avec plasir lors de ma venue à Rouen. J'aime le côté cocon de la chambre, attention néanmoins au personne de plus de 1m60 dans la chambre 42 la mansarde de la douche peut-être inconfortable.

Very nicely located. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Very walkable. Cute and comfortable rooms.
I suggest booking a room on the top floor as I had some issues with noise. The hotel staff promptly addressed my concerns.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Lovely small hotel, stylish decor, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Short walk from the cathedral. Decent underground car park close by. Will definitely return!
