Déception, hôtel/chambre en très mauvais état…
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable. Chambre en mauvais état, mais propre (ménage).

Cons:

Les chambres ne ressemblaient pas du tout aux photos…

Pros:

Nos pusieron una habitación triple, muy grande, pese a que eramos dos. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal muy amable. Aparcamos bien, está en una zona tranquila en comparación con el bullicioso centro, al otro lado del rio. Tiene mucho encanto el fresco del techo. Renovado y con todo lo necesario. No ofrecen desayuno pero te puedes tomar un té/café rápido con galletitas.

Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda, aunque con el cansancio del día hemos descansado bien. Hay bastante tráfico por la mañana y si eres sensible, te pueden despertar. A mí no me han despertado.

Neither good nor bad. I’d say just okay
Pros:

The location is the best. With a view of the river Arno. Old building with a picturesque ceilings, big wooden door and old steps.
In the room you have tea, coffee, water and some cookies. The bed was huge, old, but comfortable.
Many towels, shower gel, soap and shampoo, clean bathroom, good water pressure.

Cons:

The parking costs 15€ per day, but usually full. I wrote to the hotel beforehand, but when I came they told me that they can’t do anything. Stuff was nice but useless. Be prepared that in the room you can smell some sewer smell. The staff simply shrugged their shoulders and showed no urgency in offering assistance or resolving the issue. It gave the impression that they simply didn’t care.
As for me there weren’t enough power outlets. WiFi didn’t work.

Pros:

Location is within walking distance of all the major sights in Florence; it is right on the Arno so that you can walk along the river.
Many places to get food are within walking distance; a laundromat, if needed, is about a 10min walk away. .
