Il soggiorno nel complesso sarebbe da 3 stelle.
Pros:

Ci è piaciuta l'accoglienza della reception: abbiamo trovato persone molto sorridenti e disponibili. Molto ben preparate nell'illustrazione della mappa. Abbiamo inoltre gradito gli omaggi (biscotti/in assenza del servizio di colazione. La possibilità di guardare film su Netflix e anche di essere ad una moderata distanza dal centro città.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuta per niente la pulizia della stanza: a partire dal bollitore elettrico che sembrava mai stato lavato, il bagno, le tende polverose/macchiate e perfino le finestre altresì sporche. Le camere andrebbero ristrutturate per renderle maggiormente accoglienti. La testata del letto era staccata dal muro e personalmente sapendolo non ho dormito tranquillamente. In bagno mancava il doccino e i prodotti da usare erano per una persona sola nonostante avessimo prenotato per due. Tutto sommato cercavamo una sistemazione last-minute quindi ci siamo "accontentate" di quello che abbiamo trovato

Nice location but the hotel and facilities needs a complete renovation of all spaces/furniture.

The location was nice and the staff were very accommodating. Gave us good recommendations for breakfast and assisted us with getting taxi service.

The hotel is completely run down. Smells moldy. They did not let us know they were doing work on the outside so we had orange netting and scaffolding all around the building and could
Not see out the window. It was not very clean. Things were broken in our room (hairdryer/toilet paper dispenser) marks and holes in the walls. Could barely move in the room as they have tried to accommodate too much in a small space. The bed is very uncomfortable.
