A friend of mine suggested this Hotel when I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Ogunquit and I'm so glad I took his advice.
The hotel is one of two that are very close to the beach. One is on the beach, the Neptune is next door. To say it's near the beach is an understatement but to be perfectly candid, it is not on the beach.
There are Ocean View rooms and Bay View rooms. We opted to stay in a Bay View room with a porch and found it a great place to relax after a day at the beach and watch the sunset across y the river.
The room itself was clean, recently updated and comfortable. We found the staff extremly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, its attractions and restaurants.
Did I mention value? The Neptune is substantially lower priced than most nearby hotels.
I intend to make this a regular destination in the future.

Les plus : très belle vue sur la mer depuis les chambres et la terrasse du petit déjeuner, centre ville accessible à pied
Les moins : petit déjeuner indigent => choix faible ressemblant davantage à ceux que l'on trouve dans un hôtel 2 étoiles, divers problèmes dans les chambres : pomme de douche qui ne tient pas, volet roulant très dur et bruyant à manœuvrer, climatisation sans position intermédiaire fonctionnelle (soit éteint, soit ventilation au maximum), pas idéal pour dormir au frais sans bruit. Gérant de l'hôtel qui considère qu'il n'y a pas de problème.
