Pros:

Modern, clean, good beds, easy self check in (electronic keys activated via your phone)

It didn’t affect my stay as it was the weekend, but there are works ongoing in the ground floor.

Exceptional service and a lovely clean, newly renovated suite.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this very clean, newly renovated, quiet, comfortable suite that had ample space for us to relax. It had a small fridge and a microwave so we could prepare our own breakfasts and lunches. There was a lock safe in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and within walking distance from the train, shopping areas, and restaurants. There are many things to see and do in Leiden. We also used this location as a base to explore nearby cities, beaches and tourist sights via train and bus. We would stay in this city and at this hotel again.

Friendly Boutique Hotel near Leiden Windmill.
Pros:

The friendly, outgoing, and welcoming staff. The location was perfect for us. We prefer small "noncorpoate" hotels, and appreciate when they have an elevator. Great pillows.

Cons:

When showering, was hard to keep water off of the entire bathroom floor. The bed was a little soft for our taste.

Aanrader voor een city trip in Leiden
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kamers lijken net gerenoveerd. Bedden worden elk halfjaar hygiënisch gereinigd, dat vonden wij een pluspunt en het slaapt ook erg lekker. Goede parkeergelegenheid dichtbij het hotel. Wij zijn heel tevreden en komen bij een volgende keer zeker terug.

Prima hotel, zeker een aanrader voor bezoek aan Leiden

Een prachtige locatie in centrum van Leiden. Alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

Wij vinden het fijn om 's avonds nog even lekker tv te kijken. De gebruiksaanwijzing was alleen in het Engels en hebben dus geen gebruik kunnen maken van de aanwezige tv. Jammer. Hebben dit gemeld bij het uitchecken
