Pros:

Wij zaten in een prachtige nieuwe studio, met alles erop en eraan. De hele stijl van het hotel sprak ons erg aan. Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd en de locatie is top: naast P Lammermarkt en je loopt zo de Beestenmarkt op en dus het centrum in.

De bedden waren goed

Cons:

Wij hebben het ontbijt genomen met 4 pers. 4 x 17,50€ = 70€ om dan te constateren dat er helemaal geen groenten assortiment is (zoals beloofd)maar enkel komkommer en tomaat. EN we moesten water van de kraan nemen toen ik vroeg om water. Mijn broer is diabeet en heeft bijna niets kunnen ontbijten. Door te weinig variatie , het is niet voldoende om enkel genoeg brood te voorzien . Zelfs geen smeerkaas, geen magere melk of yoghurt?! Het ontbijt is te duur voor wat er aanwezig is !! Dit is echt schandalig. Wij logeren dikwijls op hotel en voor die prijs moet je normaal een mooi uitgebreid ontbijt kunnen serveren. Je kan beter aanraden om in de buurt te gaan ontbijten want er waren super veel leuke en lekkere ontbijt gelegenheden!

Awesome deal in beautiful Leiden.
Pros:

Great location between Leiden Centraal and The Historic Center of Leiden. The staff went above and beyond and had my room ready at 9 am ( huge plus because I landed at 7:30 am and was very jet lagged).Cozy room and comfy bed.

Cons:

The Wifi was spotty inside the room.

Hyggelig lite hotell rett ved Beestenmarkt sentralt i Leiden. Vi ble tatt veldig godt i mot og fikk god informasjon om Leiden. Kort vei til kanalturer og mange hyggelige restauranter. Vi kom med bil og parkerte på et flott nytt parkeringshus, Lammermarkt, 100 meter fra hotellet. God frokost.

It was very enjoyable! And very convenient. The staff were also very friendly.

The location was excellent. There was a lot of choice with the breakfast and a nice setting to chat with friends over breakfast.

Cons:

It was quite warm the week I was there and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. As a result the room was quite warm.

The receptionist was very helpful when we needed help to get around.

Even though we had air conditioning we were on the third floor and because it was sooo hot it got very hot in the room.
