Staff great and good location. Building itself was good and rooms nicely renovated.
Parking can be a challenge especially to unload luggage
Hervorragende Betten.
Recebemos um up grade do quarto, gratuitamente.
The staff was really friendly. the location of the accommodation is just perfect. The room was clean and cozy.
A bit more privacy in the bathroom would be awesome. :)
Location is good. It's on the route from the station to the city centre, and located near the "entrance" to the historic area - relatively easy to access with suitcase. The room was compact but clean and functional. Lighting and temperature were OK, and it was quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but surprisingly good. Given that it was a relatively affordable option in Leiden, I'd say it offered good value for money. The staff were nice and professional.
Wifi. I tried in my room and downstairs, but my android phone had a trouble connecting. After connected, it was unstable and spotty, often disconnecting. My MacBook never got connected to wifi. It was frustrating. They notified before me, but front desk closes at 2PM so it is slightly inconvenient on that front as well.
