stairs to the room with luggage and a bad leg was diificult. Front desk was very helpful with getting us a taxi.

Hotel, ktorý odporúčam každému návštevníkovi Levoče.
Pros:

Hotel Arkada v Levoči ma očaril. Je porovnateľný s hotelmi v ktorejkoľvek európskej krajine, nielen v mestách porovnateľnej veľkosti, ale aj v omnoho väčších. Peni na recepcii bola skvelá, veľmi nápomocná. Personál v hotelovej reštaurácii bol milý, taký ako si hosť predstavuje. Obed aj raňajky chutné, porcie poriadne. V pomere kvalita za peniaze jednoznačne viac kvality ako čakáte.

Mäkké vankúše 🙂

Azt kaptuk, amit vártunk a szálláshelytől. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, Lőcse főterén, a történelmi belvárosban található.
Nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész recepciós.
Jó reggeli.
A szállodához tartozó étterem is jó színvonalú.

Cons:

Nem működött a szauna átépítés miatt.

Dostal som apartmán za cenu menšej izby. Izba bola neskutočná, perfektná. Personál bol príjemný, raňajky chutné. Celkový dojem.veľmi dobrý.

Cons:

Hotelové wellnes bolo mimo prevádzky čo ma trochu rozladilo. Aj kvôli nemu som si rezervoval tento hotel.

Páčilo sa nám ubytovanie, čisté, priestranné izby. Veľmi milá recepčná a nápomocná , hneď všetko zistila, čo sme potrebovali vedieť.Ranajky chutné a reštaurácia vynikajúci obed .Prídeme opäť

Pros:

The staff were very helpful, willing to advise and accommodate. The restaurant was also able to adapt meals to dietary restrictions for health reasons. And the view directly onto the city center was amazing.
