Pros:

The staff were very helpful, willing to advise and accommodate. The restaurant was also able to adapt meals to dietary restrictions for health reasons. And the view directly onto the city center was amazing.

Cons:

В номері не було wi-fi, персонал не допоміг. Бронював два номера (для нас і дитини окремий). До дитини в номер не пустили в гості подружку 🤯🤯🤯. Не на ніч. В обід! Це як? Навіть самі суворі комендантши в студентських общагах і то пускали до вечора гостей.🤬

Размер комнаты был хороший.

Cons:

Сначала интернет не работал совсем, мне дали усилитель сигнала который тоже не работал. Потом после нескольких обращений они вызвали техника но все равно это не помогло так как скорость была настолько медленная что пользоваться им было невозможно.

מלון שקט אבל הווי פיי לא עבד

החדר היה יחסית גדול, האמבטיה הייתה די גדולה, בסך הכל מלון שקט

Cons:

הWIFI פשוט לא עבד! זה היה די סיוט כי כל המשפחה הייתה צריכה להתחבר, והייתי צריך לעשות hotspot לכולם מה שגרם לי לקנות עוד חבילה נוספת.
אין קפה או תה בחדר או אפילו קומקום.
אין מעלית לחדרים בקומה העליונה, רק לחקומה הראשונה.

Hotel Arkada sa nám veľmi veľmi páčil ♥️Hneď od príchodu ochotný a naozaj milý prístup recepcie. Krásna izba ,kde sme sa ozaj cítili výnimočne. Poloha výborná,keďže to bolo na námestí a všetko sme mali hneď po ruke. Parkovanie vo dvore sme tiež ocenili.
Určite sa vrátime a odporúčame tento hotel všetkými desiatimi 😍♥️
