Ligging en uitzicht op de binnenstad van Delft
Geen parkeermogelijkheden of minstens een uitrij kaartje voor de tegenoverliggende parkeergarage was redelijk geweest voor de prijs van de accommodatie
We only used the hotel room so didn’t eat there, which was fine. The view is great from the 7th floor. It’s an ok hotel
Possibly the most impersonal hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not a budget hotel and I would have liked a little more interacting from reception. It’s also billed as a music hotel but there was no music
Location was pretty good, walking distance to the city centre.
It felt a bit outdated and run down. Room was ok, nothing special and again it felt a bit old.

The room had an amazing view! Everything was clean and organized. Breakfast had lots of options and was very well made. The location is perfect, right in the center and perfect for walking and exploring the city.

Twee persoons cozy kamer was echt niet geschikt voor twee personen. Je krijgt een iets groter dan 1 persoons bed waar je dan met zijn tweeën op moet en je betaald echt veel te veel voor wat je krijgt

Alles war in Ordnung, außer dass es kein Parkplatz gibt!
Wir haben das Zimmer mit Parkplatz gebucht. Vor Ort an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Aus diesem Grund sollten wir die öffentliche Garage nutzen, die pro Nacht 20,80 Euro gekostet hat.
Musste die Couch selbst beziehen, obwohl ich für drei Personen von Anfang an gebucht hatte. Die Rezeption war nicht in der Lage uns ein drei Bett Zimmer zu geben. Sie wussten auch nicht, wie groß die Betten im Zimmer sind (Queen oder King).
Der Service und dass man nicht am Hotel parken konnte, obwohl Platz vorhanden ist.
