Vriendelijk personeel, het hotel is heel netjes en goede bedden
Uitstekend ontbijt
De auto dienden we in een parking verderop te parkeren en dat was best prijzig! (21€)
De kamer was zeer proper, maar in schril contrast waren de ramen zo vuil dat je er niet door kon kijken (6e verdieping)
When I arrived after a long and tiring trip, I was given a very small room that was actually being used as a storage room for chairs. I had to return to the front desk and waited another 10 minutes for the only person at the front desk to finish with the client who had just arrived and was checking in too. At last, I was given another room that was actually free. No apology or act to try to redeem themselves from such a mistake. So, I went up again to the room and the process made me waste 20 minutes and made it stressful because it was late and the local restaurants were closing, so I missed the closing times.

Good location, friendly staff.
Poor food.
Its location is very nice. Close to a bus stop (about 20 meters). Bus 60 takes you directly to Delft station. That is incredibly convenient. Green neighborhood. You can rent a bike from the hotel directly. Walking distance (9 minutes) from Delft Market and the walk is scenic and beautiful! They have a huge parking although no valet.
No gym. I think they advertised a gym but it was simply a few aerobic machines outside the property (literally outdoors in open air). No valet, but with the large parking that is not an issue.
Restaurant does not accommodate to different cultures. Too much alcohol and no vegan or halal 'separate' options. It is very important not to mix vegan and hala cooking with utensils used for pork.
Also, very low on tissue and amenities (none). You even have to pay for the disposable/washable slippers. That is not convenient!
Fantastic location and a wonderful laid back atmosphere
Posizione spettacolare a Delft, non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio. Dotato anche di ampio parcheggio, oltre che a trovarsi di fronte al parcheggio pubblico a pagamento. Personale gentile e accogliente.
Nella descrizione della camera era segnalato un letto ad una piazza e mezza, che però si è rivelato un divano letto piuttosto scomodo e pieno di gobbe, per cui non ho dormito bene. Quindi ho trovato il prezzo decisamente eccessivo per un divano letto. Peccato, perché la struttura meriterebbe un voto più alto.

Прекрасное месторасположение - рядом с основными достопримечательностями. От вокзала можно за 10 минут доехать на автобусе. Мы попали в период экстремальной жары - спасались в прохладном номере с кондиционером. У нас был красивый вид из номера на Старый город. В номере нет различных косметических принадлежностей, но их можно попросить на ресепш. В номере есть чайник!
Нет холодильника, но для нас это было некритично.
