Fijne stille kamer met een prima bed en kussen, goede ruime badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt (al is € 19,00 een forse prijs).

Convenient location. Clean and friendly.
Pros:

Very close to the centre of town and an easy drive to the university and Delft Pottery. There is a rickshaw shuttle to and from the train station.

Cons:

There was no free parking on the grounds. The municipal car park is walking distance from the hotel. It’s quite expensive and it would not be easy to reach the hotel with large luggage in the rain.

Het ontbijt en de sfeer

Cons:

De servicebaliemedewerkers kunnen wel wat ondersteuning gebruiken. Bij het inchecken, moest de enige gastvrouw:
-het inchecken verzorgen, -de telefoon aannemen, -de gasten van koffie voorzien, -en de bagage aannemen allemaal op het zelfde moment en dan ging prima, maar wachtende gasten valt het tegen van het management dat ze het professionele personeel niet begeleiden, juist daar waar het op customer satisfactie aankomt.

Het ontbijt was echt niet goed. Er werd slecht bijgevult. Meer dan de helft was al op. Er lagen voor de helft van de tijd zelfs geen broodjes, fruit waren 2 schalen al leeg. En van het warme was alleen nog maar roer ei

Pros:

The location was great and the hotel also along with the view. The room was very clean and the staff helpful.

Cons:

Just some extra amenities for the bathroom should be added, like liquid soap for washing hands. Minor adjustment.

Erg fijne kamer en bedden met goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Bij inchecken voor 15:00 hebben wij onze bagage veilig achterlaten, terwijl we alvast Delft centrum op 10 minuten lopen hebben kunnen ontdekken. De kamer was om 15:00 gereed.
De kamer, badkamer en bed was erg schoon en netjes. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Ontbijt de volgende morgen was goed en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Broodbeleg is ruim aanwezig. Normaal brood en verschillende type broodjes zijn ruim voldoende aanwezig en worden op tijd bijgevuld. Verschillende dranken zijn ook ruimschoots aanwezig.
Kortom je komt niet te kort. Mochten we nog een keer Delft bezoeken met een overnachting, dan komen we hier zeker terug.

tof personeel; de locatie is goed, op loopafstand naar de parkeergarage en naar het centrum van Delft; het hotel heeft een leuk thema, muziek, de oorspronkelijke eigenaar was een muzikant; dit vertelde het personeel aan ons, zeer vriendelijke mensen

het is een beetje gedateerd; we dronken s'avond nog iets in de bar en de stoelen waren stoffig;
