Kamer was schoon en ruim
De kamer was om 15.00u niet klaar, ruim 20 minuten moeten wachten, zonder een drankje van het huis of iets. Ook was er geen koffie/thee op de kamer, zelfs geen glas of beker bij de wasbak om medicatie in te nemen of je mond te spoelen.
Paní na recepci byla příjemná a milá. Ubytování dostačující, koupelna nádherná.
Hodně měkká matrace.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk dicht bij het centrum, leuke bar en prachtige kamer.
Lovely location, walking distance from all the amenities. Short walk to the canals, market, botanical gardens etc. Hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful
I know I booked a cosy room but I wasn't expecting the double bed to be against a wall and therefore one person has to get in first and out last. It said in the brochure to request a balcony at check in. I don't know if rooms with balconies are bigger, but definitely check you are going to have enough space.

Wij hadden ons hier veel van voorgesteld maar wat viel dat tegen
Prima locatie…dichtbij het centrum.
Het bed/matras was heel zacht en stond aan 1 kant tegen de muur…..waardoor er over iemand heen geklommen moet worden als je een nachtelijke toilet bezoek had.
Konsept ve tasarım iyiydi
Bu otelde sanırım son 15 yıl içinde 3 ya da 4. konaklamam. Ancak hizmet kalitesi ve ikramlar konusunda gittikçe cimrileşiyorlar. Dental kit i bile para ile satıyorlar. Kahvaltı kalitesi ve yatak kalitesi de düşmüş.

The cupboard was very close to the bed and had a sharp corner!
On two occasions my husband hit his head and on one occasion had quite a bruise beside his eye!
The be should ideally be moved slightly further away towards the window.
Otherwise all very good.
