Хорошее расположение. В номере очень чисто. 2 вида подушек, удобные матрасы. На завтраки мы не ходили, не могу оценить их.

Cons:

Не хватало холодильника, но вероятно это позиция отеля. Из туалетно-косметических принадлежностей (указаны при бронировании) был только шампунь-гель для душа в одном флаконе (на стене висит) и кусок мыла. Нет стакана для зубных щеток.

De kamer was heel romantisch ingericht, ik vond het erg mooi, alleen de prijs was erg hoog. Als die redelijker was geweest, had ik zeker voor jullie gekozen.

Cons:

We hadden dit geboekt voor mijn ouders van 80+ beide slecht ter been, dus speciaal iets bezocht met parkeergelegenheid.

Ik ben naar binnengelopen en heb geïnformeerd over het ontbijt. Dit zou een buffet op de bovenste verdieping zijn. We hebben toen nog even gesproken over het uitzicht. Niet goedkoop, maar met uitzicht over Delft….? Dit leek me een leuk cadeautje, dus heb ik het voor mijn ouders bijgeboekt. Buffet was prima, maar wel boven de receptie op de eerste etage.

Ondanks dat de parkeerplaats leeg is mochten ze niet bij het hotel parkeren terwijl deze nagenoeg leeg was. Toen ik erover belde en een klacht wilde indienen werd de verbinding verbroken.

Eén keer een misverstand kan, maar twee in het voordeel van het hotel doet toch een commerciële inslag vermoeden. Geeft een beetje een vervelende bijsmaak mbt het personeel.
