Wir mussten uns selber einchecken auf einer alten und falsch konfigurierten Tastatur.
Wir hatten in den 4 Tagen niemanden vom Hotel gesehen.
Alles war schmutzig. Nicht nur gerade nicht gereinigt, sondern mit einer alte Schmutz- und Staubschicht auf dem Boden und im Küchenbereich. Das Sofa war fleckig mit einem Präservativ in einer Ritze.
Das System der Lichtschalter ist völlig blödsinnig und schwer zu durchschauen.
Nie wieder !
Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich mit einem wunderbaren Blick und sehr ruhig
Kein Personal, Self Check-in - hat nicht funktioniert. Durch telefonische Kontaktaufnahme gelang der Check-in letztlich
das Zimmer ist gross, aber reichlich abgewohnt und nicht sauber; Preis und Leistung ausser Verhältnis.
Die Parkgarage am Hotel kostet über Nacht 62.00 Fr.
Eine Vergünstigung für Hotelgäste gibt es nicht
The location is beautiful - with access to a forest walk above and easy access to the city centre and old town
The blurb didn’t state it was a self service hotel where you have to activate your key daily, spend time on the phone trying to get through to a remote receptionist who unapologetically does not empathise that it is advertised as a spa hotel. No spa, or spa facilities in our room or in the general hotel. The restaurant is open on certain days only. Our room was far from ready post check in time.

An amazing, clean place with an exceptional view, surrounded by nature.
We recently celebrated our wedding at your venue and wish to raise a couple of concerns regarding the coordination and service we experienced.
The night before the wedding, two bees entered our room. When we contacted reception, they told us they were afraid of the bees and that we would have to wait half an hour for someone to come and help remove them. This was quite unsettling, especially on the eve of such an important occasion.
On the day of the wedding, the hairdresser we hired arrived on time and asked at reception for the bride by name. He was told there was no guest by that name, so he waited on the terrace for nearly an hour without anyone informing us. When we asked staff if someone had arrived to do the bride’s hair, they incorrectly told us someone had just arrived 10 minutes earlier, when in fact he had been waiting for almost an hour.
To make matters worse, when we followed up again, the same reception staff member dismissed our concern with a disrespectful gesture and told us to “calm down,” which we found entirely inappropriate on such an important and emotional day!
This miscommunication and attitude caused unnecessary stress and almost resulted in the bride missing her hair appointment. In fact, there was not enough time to properly close the buttons on the bride’s dress.
Aside from these two individuals at reception, the rest of the staff treated us Wonderfully and we felt like Family. We sincerely thank everyone who truly contributed to making everything perfect.
We hope this feedback will help improve coordination and professionalism for future events.

No staff. None. Zero.
And not a spa.
I did like the location very much and the rooms where nice and quiet with great views.
The initial cleaning was not great and found a lot of hairs in the shower area even on the walls. Also the keys was very sensitive of being off magneticed and I was forced to get my keys enabled every day.
