Dirty, useless manager who allows his magpie to attack you.

The extremely rude property manager, the filthy apartment, hardly a view and very expensive. I had to wash nearly everything in the kitchen before it could be used. Meat fat in the pans. Disgusting, dirty pillows. Filthy fridge. Putrid smell coming from laundry. Locked bathroom in our apartment he wouldnt let us use. He texted demanding we take our rubbish out at 7am before we left and a list of other housekeeping as if we weren't paying through the nose for a resort experience. His disgusting apartment downstairs looked like a dumpster with a cat meowing all night.. and he feeds a territorial aggressive magpie in his reception office which attacked me when I was checking in. An off duty nurse at the surf club sutchered my head back together thank goodness! He just stood there looking at me and said "it doesn't hurt anyone." while I was standing there bleeding. He's an absolute loser. Talked on the phone to a mate instead of checking people in. Tells everyone to leave their key in a box rather than bother him. Don't waste your money. If he wasn't there making it dirty and unsafe it would be ok.

There was a magpie that seemed to be a pet of the management, it attacked my son and blood was coming from my sons foot. My 6 year old son said "stupid bird" to which the manager said "don't call it a stupid bird".
It also just hung around our apartment squawking repeatedly.
Our apartment also had a glass louvre missing allowing millions of little fruit flies in. At night we couldn't have the lights on because it attracted all the flies.
The hot tub in the room was nice but if you used it the rest of the apartment had no hot water for showers or anything until the next day.

Set up was a bit disorganised- not all linen in the rooms, dispensers for shampoo etc empty, lock on bedroom door prevented door from being closed
