There was a magpie that seemed to be a pet of the management, it attacked my son and blood was coming from my sons foot. My 6 year old son said "stupid bird" to which the manager said "don't call it a stupid bird".
It also just hung around our apartment squawking repeatedly.
Our apartment also had a glass louvre missing allowing millions of little fruit flies in. At night we couldn't have the lights on because it attracted all the flies.
The hot tub in the room was nice but if you used it the rest of the apartment had no hot water for showers or anything until the next day.

-Lage und Größe der Unterkunft

Cons:

Wir hatten einen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt und haben dabei Licht und Schatten erlebt. Durch die Bewertungen der vorigen Nutzer waren unsere Erwartungen ohnehin etwas gedämpft und es hat sich leider auch bestätigt. Wir bekamen das ebenerdige Zimmer direkt über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt, das schon in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen thematisiert wurde. Da das Hotel gut besucht war, ist das nicht zu ändern, auch wenn wir es uns anders erhofft hatten. Die Tiefgarage haben wir im Grunde auch nicht als störend empfunden. Da sich das Zimmer ebenerdig und damit auf Straßenhöhe befindet, hatten wir die Verdunklungsvorhänge und Rollos zum Sichtschutz stets geschlossen. Auch die große und geräumige Terrasse ist im Sichtbereich von Straße und Rezeption, was es etwas ungemütlich macht. Der Blick auf den Pool und auf das Meer hingegen sind von dort schön.
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, Gesamtlänge ca. 20 Meter. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Es eine voll ausgestattete Küche vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert und die kühle Luft wird geräuscharm in die Schlafbereiche verteilt. Es sind Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Insgesamt eigentlich sehr gute Voraussetzungen für einen Urlaub mit eigenständiger Versorgung. Aber man nimmt leider schnell wahr, dass das Objekt offenbar nicht gut bewirtschaftet wird bzw. von der Substanz lebt. Es ist zwar auf dem ersten Blick alles da, aber es soll offenbar nicht benutzt werden. Hier die Beispiele:
- Backofen defekt (dies fanden wir auch schon in den vorigen Bewertungen. Es dürfte dem Vermieter also bekannt sein, wird aber nicht behoben)
- ⁠Grill ist laut vorigem Nutzer auch nicht funktionsfähig (wir haben es lieber gar nicht erst probiert)
- ⁠Spülmittel und Wischlappen sind vorhanden, aber kein Küchenhandtuch
- ⁠Salzstreuer und Pfefferstreuer sind vorhanden, aber leer
- ⁠die in den Bädern angebrachten Behälter für Duschbad, Shampoo bzw.
