One of our stopovers during our Road Trip to Germany.
Nice hotel, good rooms and nice breakfast, good parking and very friendly staff.

in de kamer staat dat er een watercontainer op de gang is, maar wij hebben die niet gevonden.
Koelkastje stond niet aan en we zagen niet hoe we het moesten aanzetten.
Douche-water wisselt van temperatuur, té warm of té koud, maar blijft niet op aangenaam.

Un filet d'eau chaude au robinet de la salle de bain, une chasse qui n'évacue pas, un chauffage qui s'arrête tout seul au bout de quelques minutes, un resto cher...c'est géré au plus serré mais pas agreable du tout pour les clients.

Hôtel très propre avec un bon service de restauration.

Convenient location for overnight stop, close to motorway. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable, bathroom could be improved with a walk in shower rather than shower over bath.

Très sympathique personnel, grand et belle chambre

A clean, comfortable, spacious room at a good price point. We enjoyed the hotel design touches and a pleasant (if somewhat expensive) dinner at the hotel restaurant. I’d give a higher rating were it not for the surprisingly rude employee at reception when we checked out in the morning. When I asked if there was coffee available in the lobby (in both French and English) he just glared at me. When my traveling companion mentioned that the men’s bathroom off the lobby needed attention, because it wasn’t clean, he made a rude gesture. A sour note to end an otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent séjour

Disappointed our room felt slightly damp and there was an unpleasant smell, the wall under the window had been repaired but still needed painting.
Good points were the staff in the restaurant for our Dinner were great and the food also OK, a good selection for breakfast .

Vriendelijk onthaal

Having used the Ibis Styles brand in the past on business we thought we'd give the Arlon one a try while making our way to Austria - we were not disappointed.
The hotel is relatively new and is spotlessly clean. The rooms were of a generous size and well equipped. We took advantage of the in-house restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The room rate includes breakfast and this was also comprehensive. Service overall was good and Sebastien on Reception was very informative.
Given its close proximity to the E25 Charleroi-Luxembourg autoroute it made a fine overnightstay having left Calais at 13.00 the same day.
We would certainly recommend.

Hotelle var i svært dårlig stad. Dårlig renhold og mye fuktskader på rommet. Sengetøy, håndklær og dopapir var fuktig. Det var tepper på gulvet og de var våt.
