Appart le personnel aimable et le déjeuner, rien.

Cons:

La chambre était très sale, il y avait une grosse trace jaune sur la moquette. Les boissons dans le mini bar étaient déjà ouvertes à notre arrivée. La porte de la salle de bain était cassée alors elle ne se fermait pas, de plus il n’y avait pas du tout de savon pour les mains ni de papier toilette. La piscine n’existe plus elle est fermée, je trouve que cette information aurait pu au moin être partagée sur leurs sites afin de prévenir les clients.

Friendly staff and a good location, but overpriced for the overall experience.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. There was nothing particularly special about the facilities, the pool was not working during our stay, and the hair dryer in the room did not work. Breakfast was decent, but fairly standard and similar to what you get at many other hotels.

EXCEPTIONAL!
Pros:

Everything was excellent, clean,food in the restaurant was great as well as all stuff in the restaurant.
Reception stuff super helpful and accommodating. Top service.
Hair salon in hotel exceptional. Both ladies very nice and excellent in what they do.
Recommend 100%.
This is our second time staying and will come again next year.

Big thanks to great staff.
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, and clean and tidy rooms.

Cons:

Maintenance should have been much better. In mid summer with very high temps outside AC was not working in around 5-6 rooms that we have been given...
Obviously, staff tried to accommodate with new room, but we actually changed 5 of them until we were finally given the one with working AC.
For this location and rated, basic maintenance really needs to go few levels up.

The restaurant was amazing great food and very nice revolving restaurant very cool . Room was one of the largest I seen and was very nice and comfy to relax and watch TV . Staff very nice and helpful . Close to airport and very nice local family friendly park nice walk nearby and tram is available right outside the hotel . Also a very nice mosque nearby one of the most beautiful I have seen since I went to Bosnia called king fahd mosque . Also a nice burger place right in front of the hotel . With numerous places to work as well it was a very nice hotel

Cons:

Pool was advertised on booking and their website was very nice looking and we went there mainly coz of this very nice pool and to out surprise it had been closed for years and not one notification on either booking or their website . It was advertised on booking on their gallery which they have now taken down and is still on the hotel gallery .

للأسف، كانت تجربتي مع الفندق سيئة بسبب تعرضي لعملية دفع مزدوجة عند الوصول.

عند تسجيل الدخول، طلب مني موظف الاستقبال دفع مبلغ 110 يورو نقدًا، وقمت بدفع المبلغ بالفعل، لكنه لم يسلمني أي إيصال يثبت عملية الدفع. لاحقًا اكتشفت أن قيمة الحجز قد تم خصمها أيضًا عن طريق Booking.com.

عندما طالبت باسترداد مبلغ الـ110 يورو الذي دفعته نقدًا، أنكر موظف الاستقبال استلامه، وادعى أن المبلغ الوحيد الذي استلمه مني هو تأمين بقيمة 200 يورو، والذي تمت إعادته لي عند المغادرة.

طلبت من إدارة الفندق مراجعة كاميرات المراقبة، وحددت لهم التاريخ والوقت بدقة للتحقق مما حدث. ومع ذلك، لم تتم معالجة المشكلة، وتم الاكتفاء بمراجعة المستندات وتقديم اعتذار فقط، دون توضيح نتيجة مراجعة الكاميرات أو إعادة المبلغ.

هذا التعامل وعدم التحقق بشكل واضح من الواقعة، رغم تحديد وقتها وتاريخها، أثار شكوكي حول ما إذا كانت عملية الدفع النقدي قد تمت بطريقة متعمدة. كنت أتوقع من إدارة الفندق التعامل مع الأمر بجدية أكبر والتحقق من تسجيلات الكاميرات وحماية حقوق النزيل.

Cons:

Od zunaj lep hotel, sobe še kar nekako vredu. Kopalnica stara dotrajana, potrebno prenove. Zajtrk zelo skromen za takšen hotel. Razočaran nad bivanjem v njem, se nebi več vrnil.
