Great location and beautiful building. Very clean. Friendly stuff. They really want to their best.

Cons:

However kept in good condition, the historical hotel would deserve a renovation and need an interior designer to make it cosy friendly and elegant. The Spa section is a disaster. A full rebuild would needed. Food is average, but with many options of choice. Less is sometimes more.

On 8 October, my elderly parents took a transfer arranged by your hotel to Ljubljana Airport. The driver of an old, dark Mercedes was extremely aggressive. After refuelling, there was a strong smell of diesel inside the car. She refused to let my father sit in the front despite his severe motion sickness, shouting before finally agreeing. My mother became sick and vomited. Even while my parents tried to clean the mat, the driver continued shouting at them. At the airport, an ambulance was called, and my parents missed their flight. We visit Rogaška Slatina every year. Please investigate this unacceptable incident and take action.

Хочу выразить серьёзную претензию по поводу трансфера, организованного вашим отелем. Водитель старого тёмного Mercedes вела себя крайне агрессивно и непрофессионально по отношению к моим пожилым родителям. После заправки в салоне стоял сильный запах дизельного топлива. Несмотря на плохое самочувствие отца, водитель отказалась пересадить его на переднее сиденье, сопровождая ситуацию криками. В результате матери стало плохо, и её вырвало. Даже после этого водитель продолжала кричать на родителей. В аэропорту была вызвана скорая помощь, и родители пропустили рейс. Прошу руководство отеля провести проверку данного инцидента и принять соответствующие меры, чтобы подобное недопустимое обслуживание не повторилось с другими гостями.

Großes sauberes Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen

Cons:

Wellnessbereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig, Putz fällt von der Decke, Wasserschäden an vielen Stellen, rostiges Metall, Fliesen fehlen….
Im Hotel fehlt es allg. an Instandhaltungsmassnahmen.

Volimo ovaj stil hotela, gala večera je bila putovanje u 19 stoljeće, predivna večer.
Pros:

Gala večera u kristalnoj dvorani je bila super iznenađenje.

Cons:

Kratko trajanje rada bazena do 19h bilo bi dobro da radi do 21h radnim danom, a za vikend i duže.

Albergo storico, in posizione centrale con spazi comuni ampi, confortevoli e signorili. Belle le terrazze bar e ristorante che affacciano sul parco. Staff molto cordiale. Ottima colazione abbondante e con molta scelta sia dolce che salata. Ho adorato il kit di benvenuto per il mio cagnolino che comprendeva le ciotole, una cuccia e dei sacchetti igienici.

Cons:

Le camere sono ampie e comode, tuttavia andrebbero rinnovate, con particolare riferimento alla moquette che presentava parecchi segni di usura e qualche macchia. La spa interna molto piccola e non particolarmente confortevole, per avere dei servizi di più alto livello bisognava andare in una struttura convenzionata che però era distante dall'hotel. La cena di qualità nettamente inferiore alla colazione
