Number 10 Hotel is hidden gem in Glasgow. The price is very reasonable and the location is charming.
Pros:

The breakfast was buffet style and had many options, both cold and hot. It was served for a good amount of time which allowed us to get an early start to our day. They had gluten free options as well.

Cons:

This Hotel was a little out of the city, but there were trains close by to take you anywhere you wanted to go, once you learned the system. We actually liked the location, as it was close to the park and some fun restaurants.

Room basic , receptionist not nice location quiet but nothing near I would not recommend at all
Pros:

Looked nice from the outside

Cons:

Not 4 star on any level
Room very small including shower area, clean but very basic
Receptionist not nice and it was the same person I met on two occasions .
Arrived at approximately 9.30 pm and woken up the following morning at 9.30 am by someone knocking on my door and a phone call .
Common sense should prevail
Nothing near the hotel

Lovely stay overshadowed by a disappointing parking experience
Pros:

We stayed for one night while attending the Take That concert in Glasgow and overall had a lovely stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the breakfast was really nice. The location was convenient for our plans, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a parking issue. We had already parked our car in an unrestricted location approximately five minutes away but, after specifically asking reception about parking on the road outside the hotel and mentioning the single yellow lines, we were advised that we could park there if a space was available. We therefore moved the car and provided our registration number to reception.
The following morning we discovered that we had received a £50 parking penalty charge. When we raised this with the receptionist, she commented that she had seen people moving their cars before 6pm because the restrictions started at that time. Had this been explained to us when we asked, we would simply have left the car where it was.
We subsequently contacted the hotel to request reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill, but although the hotel acknowledged there had been a misunderstanding, they declined our request and did not respond to our later request to escalate the matter to the General Manager. This was disappointing and unfortunately tarnished what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Comfortable facilities in a great location but visit was soured by the attitude of the receptionist.
Pros:

Excellent room and a great location right on Queens Park.

Cons:

Receptionist was borderline rude on arrival. We were advised that we were "a bit early" for check-in and to come back later despite the receptionist (and us) being advised by her colleague that all the rooms were ready and available. No offer to store our luggage in the meantime nor any concession to the extremely hot weather. In addition, there was no on-site parking and the road immediately in front of the hotel was marked with yellow lines. Upon enquiring about local parking regulations we were told to "read the signage" by the same receptionist. As far as could be told there was no signage in the immediate vicinity. Didn't appreciate the attitude after a 4 hour drive. All subsequent dealings with the hotel staff were absolutely fine and to the expected standard.

Pros:
