The rooms were beautiful!
I can’t think of anything.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location
Lovely hotel, great location. Very good breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately no lift and we were on 2nd floor, which was a bit difficult for my husband.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice to stay in unique, traditional accommodation rather than a multiple branded hotel. Parking is definitely a plus.
The room at night was extremely warm (better than it being too cold!). Dim lighting in the bathroom.
no lift so struggled to carry very heavy bags up several winding flights of stairs.
Dinner only bookable up to 6pm - too early
Second time at number 10. Its a reasonable hotel. BUT we were on the first floor above a very noisy part with music that continued up to midnight.
Before booking check that you are either in the annex bext door or there is no party booked

Lovely hotel. Fab location
Very good location for where we needed to go
I really enjoyed my first visit to Scotland. What stood out most about this place was the staff, the location, and the comfort of the room — everything was absolutely fantastic.
One thing worth mentioning is the communication between the staff and the sales department regarding booking changes and client updates, which could be improved.
Thank you so much for your service.
The huge bedroom 😊
Location 3rd time stay for hospital visits.
Good value for money
Good food
Friendly and efficient staff
Shower rooms could be doing with a bit of TLC a little dated, but no issues with cleanliness
We stayed 3 nights and everything was at superlative
Nothing to say

Beds and pillows very comfy. Location was great. The staff were all very friendly and the dinner was great
The only reason I scored a 9 was because we got a tiny cup of weak tea with breakfast and the bread wasn’t great. Otherwise the breakfast was nice.
