Location
The “King” bed was two doubles pushed together.
The room was beautiful and exceeded all our needs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - very quiet which made for a great nights sleep.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
Clean, comfortable, large room (I did take advantage of "free upgrade"). Location is excellent ( and very convenient for me) . Very nice overall ambience.
Breakfast was very good but possibly a little overpriced (@ £15) , would possibly have been cheaper as part of a package.
Good breakfast. Nice choice of fresh fruit and cooked breakfast cooked to order so fresh and hot.
Buffet breakfast on last morning and not so good.
Staff excellent and service very efficient.
First room we were given was tiny and awkwardly shaped. Would have bumped into the wardrobe when getting out of bed at night. Shower over bath so difficult to access. When we complained we were given a slightly larger room on the second floor but very hot at night and noisy from garden bar.
Hotel was spotless, facilities were excellent and the food was superb. Great location for our son's overnight stay!
Everything was perfect... many thanks!
Great location and friendly staff
Nothing
The room was spotless, and the garden bar is beautiful.
The night porter/staff was very helpful
There was a wedding on so no food was available.
Not much
There’s just wee bits here and there that took the sheen off the property
Nice location, friendly & helpful staff
The location was perfect for us as this was a personal trip to see my son. From the girls at the reception,to the restaurant, bar staff to the cleaning lady we had a very positive experience and I would rate them higher if we could. The room was fantastic with all facilities available and very clean. We all had a meal together and all three of us enjoyed the excellent food and service again. The value for money was excellent compared to other locations we have used for the quality and service provided by Number 10, very well done
Nothing not to like about the Number 10
Room was lovely, large,v comfortable bed, good location for us,easy parking . Staff helpful
Problems with the keys which were solved easily but recurred.
No chef for breakfast so only continental which was poor, white plastic bread and wrapped cheese, definitely not worth the money
Looked nice from the outside
Not 4 star on any level
Room very small including shower area, clean but very basic
Receptionist not nice and it was the same person I met on two occasions .
Arrived at approximately 9.30 pm and woken up the following morning at 9.30 am by someone knocking on my door and a phone call .
Common sense should prevail
Nothing near the hotel
Smart and friendly
Could have had more breakfast choice such as brown bread and pastries
