The hotel holds functions at the weekend with music until midnight within the main building. Unfortunately, some rooms may experience noise.
Please note that during weekends in December there will be noise from the function suite in the main building until 12.30 (2:00 on Hogmanay), which can be heard from some rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information using the details on the booking confirmation.
Please note that the restaurant at Number 10 is very popular so advance reservations are advised. The hotel operates a reduced food and beverage service seasonally so we cannot guarantee reservations if they are not booked in advance.
Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first and second floors, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please contact the hotel directly with any mobility impairments.
The Number 10 accommodates small dogs at an extra charge of £20, please note that dog's are not allowed in the bar, restaurant or function suite.

Well located for our needs. Large comfortable rooms. Quiet.
Bed could have been more comfortable. Bathtub/shower could use grab bars. Wish the breakfast hot entrees had been more diverse.

Very pleasant evening staff and very helpful especially Isoken the young waitress/bar assistant. Very welcoming and went out of her way to assist. Also the receptionist. We arrived late and they assisted with luggage to the 2nd floor and order delivery of food. Thank you
No lift. Being disabled with lower back issues was a struggle. Could have notified before booking.
I liked my room very much. The breakfast was really rich and tasty. Staff were more than helpful and kind.

We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant is right next door and they were able to accommodate our reservation.
The bed was very soft.
Breakfast was offered as a buffet, for an additional cost but we did not partake.
The shower was part of the tub so had to climb over the tub to get to the shower.
The door to the shower only covered part of the tub.
We had a hard time figuring out all of the light switches next to the bed and never could figure out how to turn on the reading light on the left of the bed.
La habitación era amplia y la cama comoda. Reponian galletas todos los días. Personal amable. Tienen baños disponibles bien equipados fuera de las habitaciones y posibilidad de locker. Los alrededores de la zona eran bonitos, había un parque cerca. Buena comunicacion al centro de Glasgow con bus.
No había ascensor y tuvimos que subir dos pisos con las maletas. No funcionaba la estufa para las toallas. No podemos opinar de desayuno o cena porque no probamos el bar. Por lo demás, todo bien.
