Friendly staff, comfy bed, lovely leafy view. The perfect spot to have a rest after a wedding night out.
The only issue was the kettle's cord was too short to reach the plug above the tea table. Not a huge problem and easily solved.
Proximity to Hampden Park
Ease of parking
Kitchen closed earlier than advised
Wet close to where we needed to be
Communication with the mix up of the booking even though I tried to explain this was very much misunderstood, the front desk got this sorted in the end was a unnecessary situation to find my self in, breakfast was limited, not value for money asked for boiled eggs got hard boiled eggs would go else where for breakfast.
Sehr schönes Haus, kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade
Everything
The property is in a great location for public transport but there is on street parking as well. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.
Excellent location opposite Queens Park in Glasgow’s southern suburbs with easy links to transport. The hotel comprises 2 Victorian houses next to each other. Allocated a nice Club room with high ceilings and aspect over the rear garden ( which was peaceful)
Very small bathroom.
The staff were attentive and pleasant and the location was ideal.
The stairs to the top rooms were a bit awkward with luggage. The bar area was too small.
Location and comfortable rooms - helpful staff
There was a festival in the park opposite which was quite loud although it stopped at 11pm each night
Very helpful staff in a peaceful location.
Nothing

Happy with our stay, only a short stay required while stopping off in the area but it was clean and the bath was a great touch
No cons
The property was in a quiet location but a fair distance from city centre. The buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms comfortable. The stairs up to our room were very steep!
The stairs!
Location was good
It seemed to lack management and quite short staffed.
Very comfortable beds, tasteful decor and furnishings in neutral colours, great location. Lovely beer garden. Friendly staff. Location beside Queens Park is great. Handy for Shawlands too.
Breakfast coffee was unpleasant. The member of staff on duty at breakfast was clearly bored and disinterested in his job. Other staff were lovely.
