Unreal dreamy place to stay in a fairytale land

You will not be disappointed with the view or staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic on arrival and all through our stay, very helpful. The room was large with beautiful view that you cant stop staring at it. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and well cared for. Hot tub with the view of mountains sipping a cold beer. FANTASTIC.

Cons:

no air con or fans supplied during heatwave and a small fridge would have been useful.

Pas trop mal pour une très courte durée
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très varié. La vue est superbe 🤩. Le personnel très sympa. La terrasse magnifique 🤩. Le jacuzzi avec vue sur montagnes. Les chambres sont très propres et la salle de bain aussi. Il y a également une petite télévision dans la chambre, places de parking aisées et accès au wifi de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre trop petite, la salle de bains très petite aussi et la terrasse minuscule. Pas d’air conditionné et pas de frigo dans la chambre. Les chambres sont très chaudes et nous y étions en période de canicule. Nous avons dormi la porte fenêtre ouverte.
Néanmoins, le personnel a été très sympa et nous avons pu mettre nos bouteilles d’eau dans leur chambre froide pour pouvoir repartir le lendemain avec notre eau fraîche et au vu de la canicule 🥵

Pros:

Comfortabele bedden, een fenomenaal uitzicht over de bergen, en een zeer goed ontbijt dat je bij mooi weer buiten op het terras kan eten. Het hotel had meer te bieden dan waar we op ons korte verblijf van hebben kunnen genieten. Ik zou hier zeker terugkeren omwille van het landschap, de mooie wandelingen en de rustige locatie.

Cons:

De geluidsisolatie tussen kamers en gang is niet heel dik. Je hoort redelijk wat geluiden uit de gangen. De badkamer is net en functioneel, maar niet zeer up to date. Betere douchekoppen zouden het nog een pak beter maken.
De prijzen in het restaurant liggen zeer hoog. Welkom in het dure Zwitserland.

We hadden het hotel veel beter verwacht.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Kleine kamer en piepkleine badkamer (2 x 1,2 meter)Er was zelfs een stukje uit de deur van de badkamer gefreesd omdat deze anders niet dicht kon omwille van het toilet.Dunne muren want het minste geluid was te horen.
Er mag ook beter gekuist worden.
Ver van het centrum gelegen.Er valt in het hotel niets te beleven.
Begrijp niet hoe dit hotel aan een score van 8,9 komt.
