Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider viel zu warm in den Zimmern. Die kleinen mobilen Klimageräte bringen keine Abkühlung und sind zudem sehr laut, somit war die Nacht äußerst ungemütlich.

Hotel Elch und Nürnberg - gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt. Unsere Fragen bezüglich Restaurants mit veganer Küche - das hauseigene Restaurant hatte am Montag Ruhetag - wurden super beantwortet. Das Zimmer (im History-Teil) war ein besonders schönes Erlebnis. Das Problem eines eventuellen zu warmem Zimmers (heisser Sommertag) war schon vorsorglich mit einer Klimaanlage gelöst. Nürnberg ist wunderschön. ...und unsere Poppy (Hund) bedankt sich für die bequeme Matte und die Kekse.

Bezauberndes, freundliches Hotel in super Lage mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Bezauberndes Hotel in historischem Fachwerkhaus in zentraler Lage (nur wenige Gehminuten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten!). Super freundliches Personal sowie morgens ein wirklich tolles, reichhaltiges und ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet. Für unseren Oldtimer bekamen wir zudem einen Tiefgaragenplatz.

Très joli petit hôtel avec un passé une histoire datant de 1342 , on y est très bien , une atmosphère détendue dans vraiment un cadre magnifique . Les chambres sont confortables , très propres et calmes, c'est très bien situé proche des sites historiques. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, copieux et varié .le pompon ,le soir restaurant Thaï avec des plats délicieux préparé par une cheffe Thaïlandaise et le tout est bio . Parking privé sur place. Bravo à vous tous à l'hôtel Elch tout était parfait

Med det beste av Nürnberg rett ved!
Pros:

Vakker bygning med komfortable rom. Deilige senger og sengetøy, smakfull frokost og omtenksomme ansatte. Og med beliggenhet rett i Weinmarkt! Vi visste ikke da vi bestilte, hvor fantastisk dette faktisk er.

Cons:

Aircondition bråkte. Men det var bedre enn ingen aircondition..

Pros:

Frisches Frühstück mit Gemüse, Obst + mediterranen Antipasti. Leckeres einheimisches Schwarzbrot. Ideal für eine vegane Morgenmahlzeit. Säfte, Kaffee, Wasser, Tee, Milch, vegane Alternative. Es gab auch andere frische, fränkische Zutaten wie Gebäck, Obazda, Müsli und Joghurt. Ein gutes Hotelfrühstück. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten dagegen sehr beengt.

Cons:

Das Elch-Hotel bezeichnet sich als "Boutique-Hotel" - das Zimmer eine kleine, einfache Kammer mit schmalem, unbequemen Bett im Haus nebenan mit lediglich einfacher Grundausstattung, abgenutzt. Wird das dem Alter des historischen Gebäudes aus dem 14. Jahrhundert gerecht? Bis auf billige Flüssigseife plus zwei Handtücher keine Körperpflegeprodukte. Dafür aber eine Flasche Wasser, welche bezahlt werden muß (bei Verbrauch). Zur Klimatisierung steht ein lauter Umluftkasten zwischen Bett und Wand - ich hatte das Fenster geöffnet, war besser. Nichts wird dem Begriff "Boutique-Hotel" gerecht, kein Thema, keine persönliche Bedienung, kein besonderes Ambiente. Trotzdem hat die Übernachtung ihren nicht niedrigen Preis. Das Bio-Restaurant Engelhardt's nebenan (scheint dazuzugehören) ist sehr teuer. Aber die Speisen nur mittelmäßig, das Gemüse war verkocht (nicht aldente). Ja, die Lage ist spitzenmäßig Altstadt nah und das Personal freundlich, aber das sind keine Qualitätskriterien, für die die Hotelbesitzer etwas könnten.

Insgesamt gut.
Cons:

Das Zimmer lag in einem höheren Stockwerk ohne Fahsstuhl. Für ältere Leute (74) mit Gehbehindeung sollten solche Umstände bei Buchung bekannt sein.

Charming historical hotel in Old Town
Pros:

Location in the historic Old Town, although the modern renovation removes the historical feel of the inside. Breakfast was reasonably good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern.

Cons:

They advertise parking; (we will) "tell you where you can conveniently park right outside the door." which is nonsense. There are 3 parking places outside the hotel which are for residents and the rest of the street is a ped. zone. Actually nowhere to drop off your luggage. The parking building they use is about 5 minutes walk away and costs E18 per night. This is all manageable, but should have been stated up front. Everyone knows parking is at a premium in an Altstadt location, but be honest about it. It annoys me when there is no tea and coffee available in rooms, but that's not just here.

Geweldige locatie om de stad vanuit te bezichtigen
Pros:

Attente verwelkoming ,gezellig .en een perfecte locatie om hier van uit de stad te verkennen .parkeerplek voor de deur ,tegen betaling maar perfect .
