Una gran experiencia
Pros:

Todo fue genial. La gente súper amable. Habitacion cómoda y cama estupenda. Ducha con mucha presión y caliente. El desayuno es excelente. Todo limpio. Al lado de la plaza mayor.

Cons:

El wifi no llegaba bien a nuestra habitación (2.1). Habría que poner puntos de acceso.

Absolutely lovely, luxuriously comfortable boutique hotel with top notch staff.
Pros:

Absolutely lovely 5 star boutique hotel in the Old Town of Salamanca. The staff were all so very kind and helpful, the room was amazing. with a magnificent bathroom, the bed, and bedding were so comfortable! The hotel has such history and beauty. I plan to take another trip to Salamanca just to stay at this property! Breakfast also was fabulous.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo ao centro histórico, a 5 minutos a pé da Plaza Mayor. Foi ótimo o atendimento dispensado pela equipe. A pousada preserva instalações de um palácio do século XV, restaurado e transformado num hotel de luxo. Uma casa com história! Renovação Impecável. Conseguir quartos novos dentro de uma estrutura de 600 anos é um desafio arquitetônico que, quando bem feito, oferece o melhor dos dois mundos. O quarto e banheiro são muito bons. Totalmente renovados com muito bom gosto. A infraestrutura e o enxoval de qualidade realmente elevam o padrão do descanso. De um modo geral o atendimento foi maravilhoso. O desjejum é diversificado e servido com estilo!

Wonderful, elegant hotel in perfect Salamanca location
Pros:

Everything about our brief stay was memorable. The building is historic and tastefully decorated. The spa bath and shower in our room were wonderful and there was even a private sauna. Breakfast was not a buffet - unusual - but it was delightful. We did not eat at the restaurant but we will certainly do so when we come back. Valet service was swift and efficient and the location just behind the cathedral was perfect.

Everything was perfect.
