A beautiful small hotel in a great location in the golden city.
Pros:

A beautiful, relatively large room with good seating, nice bathroom and view out to St Stephen’s. Great staff. Lovely public spaces (if under-utilised). Impeccably presented.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was slow but they were very pleasant. An opportunity to improve would be to make better use of the public spaces by organising happy hours for guests to meet and greet or provide tea/coffee making.

Localização excelente para iniciar passeios pela cidade. Acomodações extremamente agradáveis, lindíssimos espaços comuns.
Simpatia e disponibilidade inexcedível dos funcionários que nos atenderam e esclareceram da melhor maneira.

Excelente ubicación pero demasiado caro
Pros:

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama y el trato de la mayor parte del personal.

Cons:

Hubiéramos preferido un desayuno tipo buffet, la comida estaba buena pero había cosas que tardaban en salir, no podíamos escoger el orden en el que comíamos los platos. La habitación tenía cosas que había que reparar como la tapa del inodoro o la puerta de la ducha, el aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido y no se podía ajustar. El spa era caro para el tamaño de la piscina y las instalaciones, había una sauna que no funcionaba.

Un accueil professionnel et agreable. Le service voiturier est un atout, la chambre est confortable avec une salle de bain toute équipée avec aussi une baignoire à remous. Grand choix au petit déjeuner, personnalisable avec mes propres goûts. .
