Acceuil très sympathique et chaleureux. Décoration 100% art deco : un pur bonheur.
Chambre très agréable, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Seul bémol : livraison blanchisserie à 3h du matin et sonorisation pas au top. Eviter les chambres côté ruelle les jours de livraison. Sinon super !!

Nice place for a short visit right in the centre of the town
A stop over on our way down to Burgundy. The hotel in near the river Somme with a 10 min uphill walk to the town centre.
On our way back to the UK we were looking for an overnight stay and booked this Best Western Plus, Le Picardy. This has to be one of the nicest Best Western Hotels. A wonderful and kind welcome from Luana, who also recommended a lovely restaurant a minute’s walk away called La Huit 8. We were upgraded to a very spacious bedroom & bathroom. I would definitely recommend
The young women who work at the front desk were superbly helpful. The location is excellent--easy walking distance to the train station. And the bonus is that there is a laundromat right next door.
Downside: if it is hot, the third floor rooms don't have air conditioning that keep up with the heat.

Si l'accueil et le personnel étaient au top, j'ai été déçu par l'hébergement. Chauffage en panne dans la chambre, ou ça ne fonctionne pas ou c'est très bruyant. Un éclairage inexistant, une seule lampe de chevet en guise d'éclairage pour l'ensemble de la chambre (j'ai du me mettre dans la salle de bain pour travailler sur le pc) et si ce n'étaient pas les poubelles à 6h du matin qui m'ont réveillé, c'était le service du linge à 4h... Des travaux étaient en train d'être faits, ce qui n'est pas gênant en soi. Mais le matériel était stocké tout au long du couloir qui mène à la chambre jusqu'à gêner l'entrée... Je dispose de photos, mais si besoin pour illustrer mes propos.

Très belle hôtel et accueil sympathique.
Support de la douche cassé , cuvette cassé , j’ai pris l’hotel pour la baignoire, aucun debit d’eau , il fallait 3h pour remplir la baignoire j’ai perdu patience . Les coussins sont en polyester , tres désagréable pour dormir . La moquette des taches partout dans la chambre . sur l’annonce vous marquez parking disponible, mais pas qu’il est payant , moi je regarde ca en premier lors de mes réservations, 12€ la nuit …
The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. They offered to book a nearby restaurant for us (Le Huit) and we enjoyed that very much. The breakfast is much better than it used to be with more food options.
Rien n’a dire
Look the hotel is generally lovely & the receptionist really delightful. The room when we first entered was also great and had a wonderfully warm, homely feel to it. But the bathroom was pretty dire in most respects with confusing taps and a shower system that was cheaply put together and simply didn’t work at all well with a separate and really uninviting loo area. It’s a shame the bathroom lets this hotel down because otherwise it’s excellent and pretty good value for money.
