Comfortable Stay in North Phoenix
Pros:

The staff was very professional, and I love that. Exceptional customer service goes a long way. My room was clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities were nice. I also think they have something unique. Drury offers popcorn, breakfast, dinner, and drinks. I also like the location. It's my preferred hotel in Phoenix!

Cons:

There really isn't much that I didn't like. I didn't realize I had to ask for housekeeping as most places ask daily. I didn't like having a room next to the housekeeper's closet as the door was slamming constantly.

It was more enjoyable than expected.
Pros:

Dinner, drinks, and pool was my favorite. The staff was really friendly. I received a great stay for the good price.

Cons:

Cons:

Breakfast quality and start up food quality bad. I went to get yogurt and milk/juice at 9:30 and the milk and juice were gone. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10:00,and she was putting fruit away. No waffles no oatmeal no gravy, no muffins or toast. All that I could have was coffee or hot tea. Was extremely disappointed

The hot tub was full of children couldn’t get in at all Friday or Saturday I wish it was adults only or after 10-12 adults only it sucked I couldn’t enjoy

It's a small things that count at night I like to sleep with noise at home I have a fan this motel provided a fan in the closet that I found that I could use at night for that noise and I slept great

And I had to pay instead of being able to stay on just my good looks
