Excellent 10 day stay!!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and I was so grateful for the upgrade! This Drury is so close to dozens of restaurants and a multiplex movie theater!!

The only thing I woukd like to see differently is softer sheets and pillowcases.

One of our fav places to stay for soccer tournaments!
Pros:

Drury is always a great choice, when we can afford it. The staff are always amazingly welcoming and nice. The rooms are always clean and well supplied. The location (for Happy Valley) was pretty ideal in that we were close enough to Reach 11 Soccer Complex to be able to take the street with ease and yet so close to a huge shopping district for dinner and supplies. I love the complimentary 5pm Kick Back (which is literally a free dinner) and the breakfast each morning. Drury is pretty ideal in every way and that's why so many of our soccer families choose to stay here.

Cons:

Depending on the time of the year, Drury can be a bit more pricey compared to other hotels in the area. But we have only ever not considered staying here if the cost is significant or if we know we will be too busy to make the 5PM Kick Back or breakfast. otherwise, there really is nothing bad to say about the Drury.

Room & staff were very good, but food was really bad.

Sorry, but on a scale of 0 to 10 I rate the breakfast a 0. It tasted like imitation of imitation food. The eggs, sausage, & potatoes were very dry and tasteless. The coffee was bitter. OJ was Tang-like

for a place to crash for less than 12 hours it was good
Pros:

My flight home was canceled last minute, I was desperately looking for a hotel and thought I was booking the location near the airport so I arrived right at 7pm, a bit later than anticipated, and when checking me in, the front desk clerk made sure that I was able to get food as I hadn't eaten since breakfast even though they had already started closing it down.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, the eggs tasted very powdery and weren't hot enough to melt shredded cheese on them. The rate was a bit higher than I would normally pay, but I was desperate

We'd recommend this hotel to anyone. We were so happy there.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly, helpful and genuinely excited about working there. The breakfasts were delicious and ample. The bar tender was so kind and friendly. The beds were fantastic.

Cons:

When the neighboring rooms opened and shut their doors it made a huge sound and vibration in our room. Woke us up a few times

I do not ever intend to stay here again. The only thing that might entice me is a free stay.
Pros:

The continental breakfast was pretty standard.

They did give us a free birthday dessert in the evening so that was nice!

Pool was good. Heated to about 80 degrees. Spa was great.

Room was about as expected. Small closet to hang clothes if you're on a business stay. Small microwave and mini fridge.

Surprisingly there was a bathtub shower.

Cons:

Communication between the hotel and booking.com was lacking. There was no communication to me that an additional security deposit would be expected when I arrived. Because my debit card was short 2 dollars....which I could have easily remedied had I known in advance....I did not "have" the $50 on the card I reserved the room with.

Because of that, they refused to check me in. No offer to reach out to management was made either.

Finally I asked for the corporate number to pass along my frustratation. At that point a member of management was magically available and checked me in somehow.

Going back to that security deposit....it has been nearly a week since our stay...and checkout....and that security deposit is still pending in my bank account....unlike the assurances that it would be returned immediately upon checkout.

I do not reccomend staying here unless your job is paying for your stay. There are plenty of other hotels close by.
