Wonderful Hotel stay

Great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got a suite with our family which was perfect for getting good rest. The pull out couch was comfortable for our kids to sleep on. The littlest got a pack n play with one of those pack n play covers which is always a nice touch. The breakfast was great with lots of options that made the kids happy. The kick off dinner worked well for our family and was nice to not have to make decisions about what to get for dinner. Included drinks were also lovely. We had laundry on our floor which was so convenient and quick. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice. We would have liked it a little more if it was non-smoking but otherwise it was fun.

The hotel was much too expensive for what it had to offer.
Pros:

The hotel was basically OK, but pretty basic. It's close to the highway, in a somewhat uninspiring location, but it's convenient as a stop close to Phoenix when driving towards Flagstaff.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty boring. Also, the bar serving food in the evening had very few options.

Pleased with stay!
Pros:

Stayed one night 2/28. Just want to express how pleased my husband and I were with our recent visit. Staff was very helpful and welcoming starting with Kenny, the afternoon desk manager. He upgraded us with a king suite which was very much appreciated! Our room was very clean and quiet which made for a good night's rest. Food was tasty/ plentiful at the kick-off and breakfast.
We definitely plan on staying again when in the area!

Lovely staff, great extras
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying here. We had a king suite on the top floor corner and never heard a sound from neighbors. Plenty of hot water, nice clean rooms, and every staff member was just lovely to talk to. The breakfast was simple but ample and very tasty for what it was. It was the evening amenities that really put the place over the top though: free bar drinks and free dinner every night. I expected it to be pretty sad food, but it was actually tasty as well. We only stayed in for taco night, but it had enough flavor that even a vegetarian like me could enjoy it. And the $5 dessert was also very pleasant. The berry galette was excellent.

Cons:

The only complaints I have are very minor. The smoke alarms in our rooms flashed a green light every few seconds. It wasn't enough to bother us when we had our eyes closed, and the rooms stayed very dark. There was no noise or light from outside. But it might make a sensitive person miserable. The other thing is that, while there is a wall thermostat, the system can't stay on auto but has to be on either heat or cool. This doesn't matter in Phoenix most of the year, but during these transitional days, it can be a bit annoying.

Excellent service for a clean, secure stay
Pros:

Customer service top rate. Excellent training. Amenities plentiful, although I couldn't partake of meals due to crowd and limited space. Cleanliness superb. I tried to leave room as clean as I found it. Ample parking. Gas station next door good location. Guest service reps, Noah and Daniel are top rate. Knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist.

Cons:

May be due to time of day but the dining room was crowded. Maybe I just didn't know another place to sit. I didn't have the complimentary meals.
