We stayed across in the Tramontano but visited the rooftop area for snack food and drinks which was very good
Location great, the gardens and facilities all immaculate
One evening at Belvedere cocktail bar we had to ask for service. Other guests arrived and were promptly served before us with snacks. We asked about our snacks twice and still didn’t receive them. They did compensate the following evening, but only after I had complained. We also asked to change rooms as original room had mosquitos and noisy cooling system. They acknowledged and moved us to a much better room

Our stay at Grand Hotel La Favorita in Sorrento was exceptional from beginning to end. The rooftop terrace and service were wonderful, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with attentive staff who made us feel so welcome.
The room was spotless, the pillow selection made for an incredibly comfortable sleep, and the location was perfect for walking to the piazzas, shops, and restaurants. The lemon grove and hidden garden felt like something out of a fairy tale. Truly a beautiful and unforgettable stay.

Breakfast was disappointing for such a good hotel
The property is absolutely beautiful. So well maintained with gorgeous tile everywhere. Rooms were large and ultra clean.
The only thing I wasnt fond of were the hard mattresses. But everything else was superb! And I guess thats personal preference.

I could not fault any aspect our experience. We requested an early check-in and got it. Breakfast was great quality and a perfect selection. the grounds were so pretty with the lemon and orange trees. perfect location turn left and your in the beautiful cobble streets with pretty café bars and shops or turn right and your only a short stroll to the sea. Rooms are spotless and authentic, great air con and Smart TV. robes slippers and toiletries provided. I would definitely return.
A little bit noisy, the floors are all tiled so you can hear other guests moving furniture around above. However there is so much to see and do with spent very little time in the room.

Beautiful, clean and elegant hotel. The staff was extremely helpful giving us travel tips and arranging rides. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff could not have been nicer. The rooftop lounge and pool was beautiful, drinks were great and the view was spectacular. Wonderful location near restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close the marina, restaurants, and local attractions in the historical centre.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of - they were ready with recommendations, maps and helped up book boat tours and cooking classes! The level of service throughout the hotel was really exceptional, including the attentive and friendly restaurant and bar team.
The rooms were elegant, clean and quiet! The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh options. I was looking forward to my croissant and cappuccino every morning.
Overall, a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel La Favorita to anyone visiting Sorrento and would gladly stay there again.
