I loved the location of the property and the facilities! The staff were lovely and the room was amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time and the view from the room was everything I wanted and more.
Only complaint would be about the wait on the rooftop for drinks/ service. The staff seemed to be able to make themselves appear busy but they definitely weren’t (I’ve worked in hospitality for 6 years and know when someone is busy vs pretending to be).
The location of the property is magical, simple steps away from the gorgeous seaside in Sorrento or steps into the heart of town. Even though it was steps away from both, once you stepped into the hotel you felt as though you were in your own oasis away from everything just enjoying the property.
As a family we were booked to have 2 separate rooms. The rooms are quite large we could have absolutely had a separate bed placed into our 2nd room and been able to sleep all 4 of us. This really elevated the cost when we did not have to pay for 2 rooms.
From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff handled our car and our luggage. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located right near the center of Sorrento, so we were able to walk everywhere. It was very warm during our stay and the rooftop pool was much appreciated. The breakfast was wonderful. All in all this was one of the very best hotels at which my wife and I have ever stayed.

This was beautiful property that was very well taken care of in a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a balcony. Beautiful rooftop pool with incredible views that made you feel you were right on the water. (Sadly the pool closes every day at 6:30)
5star breakfast in a garden setting that had everything to offer with very attentive staff.
This was a 5 star hotel and it just didn’t feel like one. Although staff were friendly, they just didn’t go out of their way to be attentive without being pushed.
This was our first trip to Sorrento and we splurged to have a special experience and sadly we just didn’t feel that way.
Roof top bar alone makes this hotel worth the money.
Would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the room.

The staff was more than accommodating. We actually wanted to extend our original booking and they were more than willing to assist but needed to move to a different room (which was a surprise upgrade😊)

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to shopping, square, restaurants. Rooftop Pool was clean and great food and drinks. Would stay again.
Excellent accommodations in a great location in Sorrento! Especially convenient for excursions to Capri and the Amalfi coast and the bay of Salerno and Ravello. Verizon pleasant terrace pool and bar for relaxation.
Excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff, brilliant location. Fantastic pool area and both restaurants served top quality food with a varied menu. We will return.

Nothing
It’s perfectly situated at the edge of the historic core, one block from the water’s edge. A stone’s throw from everything worth seeing - but away from the super congested parts of the historic area or where *everyone* wants to hang out at the waters edge. We love the fact we can walk to everything important within 10-15 minutes. The property has this calming, serene environment. The staff service is exceptional.
