L’horaire d’ouverture du petit déjeuner. Ce serait bien de l’ouvrir à 6h30 plutôt que 7h

Très bonne expérience! Parfait pour un court séjour en famille.
Pros:

Super accueil à la reception
climatisation allumée à notre arrivée, c'était très confortable surtout avec des chaleurs caniculaires
Logement très confortable.
Petit déjeuner au top avec d'excellents produits

Cons:

Presence de cheveux dans le siphon de la douche à notre arrivée. Pas terrible!!

Good place to stay but with some air-con issues
Pros:

We like the proximity to the train station and to be close to the city centre without being in the middle of it all. Also a major factor we booked here is that there's air-conditioning in the room.

Cons:

The first room we were allocated the ac was faulty and didn't work. We did get a fan but it only stirred up the hot air and didn't cool at all so after 2 nights we were moved to a bigger room where the air-con did work however not to the full capacity. It wasn't as cooling as it had been when we stayed here last year. We did notice vans from an air-con company outside the hotel in the following days so I guess they were trying to get it fixed.

Super Unterkunft auf dem Loire-Radweg, aber auch für längere Augenthalte Dank kleiner Küchenzeile
Pros:

Wir kamen bereits 2 Std vor der Check In Zeit an und konnten das Zimmer bereits beziehen, eine riesige Fahrradgarage stand zur Verfügung, Lage direkt an der Loire, mit den Rädern in 7 min am Schloss.

Cons:

Fenster müssen dringend einmal gereinigt werden.
Kein Smart-TV, heutzutage doch schon Standard
