Disappointed
Pros:

Great helpful staff with easy bike storage. Room was nice, easy check in and right on bike path. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

They have a wonderful facility and great staff. However there are limited restaurants nearby, mostly non alcoholic. They have a nice bar in their faculty but it is unstaffed and only has coffee and fruit juice. They are the only hotel we experienced in 3 weeks that took a 250 euro security deposit which they released after checking our room. If you cycle farther into town you will find a vibrant interesting city.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

C’est la troisième fois que je réside dans cet hôtel l’appartement qui m’a été attribué etait en excellent état donnant sur la Loire.
Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel .
Le personnel très aimable professionnel présent 24 heures sur 24 ce qui est sécurisant.

Cons:

Rien le parking est très pratique

Pros:

Exceptional staff: Pediam (Assistant Office Manager secured me a reservation at La Cigale! (could not have done it without his help. Madina (assistant) also friendly and helpful. Room has great view of the river. Beautifully appointed, spacious and clean! Breakfast was sumptuous and included large variety of exceptional pastries, beverage choices, eggs and fresh fruit all well prepared and presented by friendly staff.

Cons:

Location close to everything but a little awkward to get to.

Séjour très court mais agréable
Pros:

L'accueil très cordiale et souriant. Le personnel est très agréable !
L'appartement est fonctionnel. La vue sur la Loire est un +. Ainsi que les petits bout de parc vert !

Cons:

La complexité de trouver par où arriver !
Le parking est souterrain mais n'est pas indiqué dehors (ni sur Booking.com). Sinon on peut essayer de se garer ailleurs mais pas grand chose à proximité !
La saleté autour de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Excellent accueil, personnel agréable et efficace, équipements bien entretenus, fontaine d'eau gazeuse en libre service. En prime petit café/chocolat chaud offerts à notre départ.

Cons:

Un peu de sel/poivre/huile pour la kitchenette et ça aurait été parfait !
