La situation et le calme. Disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

L'état des vitres que nous avons nettoyées. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Pour le prix on aimerait un grille pain , salade de fruits.

Not bad with some flaws
Pros:

1) Staff at the reception was smiling (the tall lady), she had positive body language and was nice.
2) Water was provided
3) AC was working
4) Location worked well for us

Cons:

1) The bed (mattress) was absolutely uncomfortable, the bed frame is weak and moving easily, the mattress is made up of two parts connected by the zip in the middle, so the bed is like an opened book. This all leads to bad sleep, as its not flat on entore surface but inclined to the middle.
2) Next morning after check in we were woken up at 8 am by someone knocking at our door and opening the door saying "Bonjour". No one came/called later to apologise for this mistake.
3) Water pressure in the shower is poor, I read later on the mirror that the hotel saves water as a part of sustainability, whis is indeed great, but I know that there is a new technology on the market with water sprinkle effect that doesn't feel like low pressure.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant ! L''emplacement, le confort de la chambre et la propreté rien à dire.

Cons:

La chambre était beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Les photos ne sont donc pas conforme car on y voit un canapé mais il n'est pas dans la chambre. Il serait donc plus appréciable de mettre des photos correspondante à la chambre que nous auront.
