Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement.
Un grand merci à l’équipe qui nous a fait passé un très bon séjour! Des amis partent au Brésil et nous avons bien entendu recommandé l’hôtel.

Cons:

La gestion de Booking.com qui nous promet des choses par téléphone puis ne fait plus rien. Service Booking catastrophique.

Muy buena como siempre
Pros:

He estado varias veces y en diferentes años alojado en este hotel, la ubicación es magnífica, el desayuno es repetitivo (no malo) el precio, es un pelín caro pero aceptable. Lo elegiría de nuevo.

If you want to charge good money for a room then you have to provide good facilities in that room. This spoilt our stay.

The view from my room was exceptional. My favourite part was the rooftop pool and bar. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El hotel cuenta con una hermosa terraza con una gran vista a la bahía. El desayuno super variado y rico. Cerca de la playa Copacabana y a unas cuadras del metro que nos permitió recorrer la ciudad.

EL DESAYUNO ESPECTACULAR .y la terraza con piscina maravillosa vista, la habitacion espaciosa,nada malo que decir..si puedo siempre volvere a este hotel.

Cons:

la verdad lo unico que no me gusta , no del hotel del area, es que estaba ese escenario en la playa lo que nos obligaba a caminar bastante para llegar a la playa.pero del hotel nada.

Un séjour au top !
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel de la réception, du restaurant, du rooftop sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est varié et les produits changent chaque jour. Les croquettes et le jambon du restaurant espagnol étaient délicieuses. Tout était parfait !!

Not sure if we’ll return.
Pros:

Great location, staff & food offerings. So close to the beach & the staff really did their best to help when asked. Breakfast was great & so was dinner at the onsite restaurant.

Cons:

The room didn’t feel sufficiently clean, especially after a few days. As the days progressed I felt eager to check out. Please give staff more time to thoroughly clean the rooms. Even the daily room service felt very rushed. Overall room maintenance could do with improvements.

Amazing location, amazing view, sauna, rooftop, pool are all perfect. Safe.

Cons:

Spoke poor english, breakfast was unattractive and based around on meal only (eggs). Gym cant be called a gym as it had only one treadmill and multibar from 1950s.

Ausblick aus dem Zimer mit Meerblick und die direkte Lage an der Copacabana. Sehr freundliches Check in und out, sehr guter Zimmerservice durch Mine, Service wie Strandhandtücher. Größe des Raums (wir hatten eine Suite gebucht). Schöne Dachterasse
