Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:
The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Hôtel très bien placé sur copacabana avec chambres confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bon sans être exceptionnel. Le personnel de l’accueil est très arrangeant et sympathique.

El lugar hermosísimo, las personas del hotel muy amable, la terraza con la piscina fue genial, la vista de la terraza al frente de la playa, el desayuno delicioso.

La habitación era un poco oscura, creo que podrían hacer un poco mas de claridad que habitaciones son con vista al mar y cuales no, posiblemente si le indican a uno que no es con vista al mar, uno puede elegir pagar más, pero realmente no fue algo significativo que afectará mi percepción del servicio.
The beachfront location, comfortable bed, good breakfast (my daughters loved the fresh orange juice each morning) and helpful staff all added to our positive experience.
Curiously, many of front desk staff struggled with restaurant recommendations. They really need to create a “best of…” list of various restaurant types and cuisine options. This is obviously a tourist spot and tourists frequently need vetted recommendations.

No tuvimos agua caliente por 3 días en la habitación .
No era bueno el desayuno , mala calidad y poca .
Las paredes finas de la habitación se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado

El personal era muy amable y atento. La playa frente al hotel es muy linda.
No tienes espacios comunes grandes lo que hace difícil estar en hotel fuera de la habitación, ya que fácilmente el lobby está lleno y los pocos sitios ocupados. Al baño le faltaba mantenimiento (poca presión del agua, lavabo que se trancaba, el picaporte flojo)
La ubicación, atención del personal, habitaciones cómodas para una buena estadía y descanso. Buen desayuno.

Da gentileza de todos os funcionários. A recepção nos recebeu com toda atenção e realizou nosso check in mesmo antes do horário já que tinha disponibilidade de acomodação. Limpeza impecável e a vista do quarto maravilhosa.

Great location, beautiful sea view (paid extra, but was worth it), safe place.
Excellent beachfront location, comfortable room, and very nice, welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good each morning, featuring a wide variety of fresh fruits, healthy home-cooked style dishes, and good coffee.
My only complaint was the floor cleaning: the floors were not swept thoroughly, so we could still feel beach sand underfoot in the room.
