Excellent treatment provided by the staff in all moments. Always very friendly and with a smile on the face. The security staff by the main entrance is also very professional and polite at all times (24/7).
Due to the season chosen for our visit, the breakfast area was always very busy. Even though, the staff did not allow any food/item to be missed. They were always working hard to serve everyone at all times, until the last minute.

Embora eu tenha feito o pagamento antecipado integral da reserva usando um cartão de crédito virtual, no check-in exigiram que eu exibisse o cartão do pagamento. Como é virtual e não físico, tive que acessar no meu telefone celular a fatura do cartão de crédito para comprovar que eu havia feito a compra naquele usado para pagamento e mostrar à atendente.
Sofremos esse constrangimento indesejado, e ainda, longo tempo e cansativa negociação para concluir o check-in. Nunca havíamos passado situação similar em nossas diversas reservas pela Booking.
É incompreensível o que aconteceu, pois a reserva estava no meu nome e eu era o hóspede principal. Em nenhum momento solicitaram para eu mostrar no app da Booking a minha reserva, o que serviria plenamente para comprovar o óbvio.
O pior foi a desculpa: que se tratava da LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais), e que ao exibir a minha fatura à atendente eu estava protegendo os meus dados pessoais.
