Ottima posizione di fronte a Copacabana.
La dimensione della camera, molto piccola, con un solo piano di appoggio per le valige. Bagno piuttosto vecchio, lavandino rovinato e rubinetteria difettosa, doccia con soffione fisso a parete, doccino del water sporco e inutilizzabile. In bagno, a parte i saponi in dispenser a parete, non vi è’ nessun prodotto da toilette, solo la cuffia. Niente ciabattine usa e getta, niente bollitore per the o caffè.
Per un 4 stelle deludente
The hotel's location was ideal for a stay in Copacabana and to act as a gateway towards other destinations and day trips. The breakfast was also adequate, although European buffets are much richer and varied. The staff was also very friendly.
The most prominent problem was the fact that - even in a pricier room - the walls were paper-thin. Neighbouring rooms are literally connected via a (constantly locked) door, so you can hear discussions from other rooms as if you are a part of them - a huge issue if you're a light sleeper or if you're unfortunate enough to have inconsiderate neighbours who wanna have loud conversations at 3:00 AM. In addition, every now and then a very oily smell would come into the rooms, possibly due to some type of connection of the kitchen's ventilation system to the ACs (or something else). The furniture and overall decoration was quite outdated and a bit damaged here and there, although I did not consider this in my overall evaluation.
