Quite a disaster, being embarrassed toughing my luggage in the streeet.
Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not stay at Casa Condado Hotel. I was not greeted professionally, the receptionist was very rude. She answered the intercom and began shouting at me after I identified by self. She indicated an e-mail was sent which I did not received. She told me to go to my e-mail and I indicated that I would not be able to access e-mail while out of my carrier locations.

Cons:

If the person had shown up and be more welcoming.

The location was ok.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and found several cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The floor felt sandy since the moment we arrived, so it wasn’t properly cleaned. The toilet had no lid. There was only one bar of soap, which could only be used either for hands or for the body. There was no front desk or anyone to contact about these issues. Lastly, I didn’t like how the check-in instructions were handled — instead of sending them through a message as usual, I had to email my ID to receive them. On the day of check-in, I was at the beach with poor internet connection, which was very inconvenient for a tourist.

The place gives you value for your money and is very well located. The only improvement would be better curtains. The light comes in too early and you can't sleep. They should install a blackout. The light will wake you up and your rest will be over. The only other thing would be a bigger bed. The current one is comfortable, although a bit small. Otherwise, the place is very good.

Pros:

Hotel is very nice and clean. It is 2 blocks from the beach and it has many dining and shopping options nearby. Definitely recommend to anyone who visits Puerto Rico.

Pros:

We booked this while traveling in PR and the main reason was because there was parking (even though it cost extra). We had stayed in 3 different hotels throughout the island and LOVED all of them, even though they were rustic and or boutique hotel. However, this one was just a plain old building and room with zero character. Everything from the curtains (with no blackout) to the pillows (only 2) to the mattress and sheets was the of the cheapest possible quality. Elizabeth was helpful with the booking but that is the only staff we ever spoke to (over the phone), since there is no one on site and no cleaning during our stay. With that said, it is close to Condado beach and about 15 minutes from Old San Juan. The price was way too high for what it offered.
