No signage for restaurants. We circled the block in the rain looking for it until kitchen closed

Changing of towels. I used 1 towel twice and thereafter I leave it on the floor to show the house keeper that is dirty. She put it again and mix with the clean one . I didn’t know which one is dirty or clean

The breakfast was amazing, everything was super delicious. The pictures doesn’t do justice to the actual place, it’s very beautiful 😍when u get there u can actually think because of it’s quietness , u can take a walk around till u reach the beautiful dam, we bought dinner which was freshly prepared wheb we go to the restaurant very fresh fries and meat

They made me pay for parking and wifi yet when I read on the book after checking in. Parking and wifi was free yet I was charged extra .
We were there for a few nights wanting to watch movies , the movie was buffering for hours and we ended up switching the TV off because every attempt was a failure. Wifi did not connect our phones so we ended up going to buy a router at the nearest mall.
Saturday night was a disaster regarding the guests in the other room that had a function at the conference centre, we were knocking on doors and asking people to move away from our unit as they were loud from.the evening till midnight , I feel like they should hire security to parade and check on such guests who dont respect other people's quiet time. LASTLY we opted for self catering and carried some fruits and water with us ,when we got there no bar fridge or utensils to assist us in "self catering " we were utterly disappointed having to have our things get spoiled because they arnt in the fridge for the duration of our stay. We had to go buy a cooler box , buy some ice and try store some of the stuff including our bottled water we had brought, this was very distasteful
