Exceptional customer service from all the employees. The food was definitely prepared with love, both dinner and breakfast, and it really showed in the quality and attention to detail.
What stood out even more was how agile and responsive the team was in managing the few glitches that arose. Their willingness to assist, find solutions and ensure that we were taken care of was truly appreciated. It showed their dedication and, most importantly, how much they genuinely care about their clients and their experience.
