Pros:

Scenic water views. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was hot water. Breakfast was nice as well

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was not the best. We couldn’t get the room to be warm. Restaurant ddnt have certain things in the menu.
We would hear the worker early in the morning close to the rooms sitting and chatting away which was not pleasant

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful views .

Cons:

No fridge, no microwave (and cannot warm at the restaurant if you didn’t buy there) no room service…no much to do(one may assume there is) and its not easy to contact reception.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service from all the employees. The food was definitely prepared with love, both dinner and breakfast, and it really showed in the quality and attention to detail.

What stood out even more was how agile and responsive the team was in managing the few glitches that arose. Their willingness to assist, find solutions and ensure that we were taken care of was truly appreciated. It showed their dedication and, most importantly, how much they genuinely care about their clients and their experience.
