Fantastisk beliggenhet
Kort vei til undergrunnen, big ben , london eye! Luksuriøst hotell med mye flott utsikt, flott personale. Rommene var utstyrt med alt man trenger.

Cons:

En sterk parfymert lukt som virket å komme av ventilasjon, dette var i 1 og 2 etg av lobby. Denne lukten var i restaurant og og frokost sal Utvalget ved frokost var begrenset, mye bakevarer og lite ordinær mat. Seng på hotellet var hard.

Pros:

Staff were friendly with an upgrade given . Very relaxing

Cons:

We didn't have robes or slippers in our room but didn't want to ask. Also my daughter ordered room service of one garlic bread and fries and we were given it on one tray but charged for two I didn't say anything though as didnt want to seem petty..sofa bed not that comfy but still nice.

great hotel that has everything you need for a fun stay in London
Pros:

great advantage for being such a large facility. staff was grea and the place has it all, the fact that they have Gym+Pool+Sauna is fantastic

Cons:

location is good but not great, at the end of the day you amost always need to drive/walk from the main event to the hotel.
Gym is not big enpugh for the weekends' its impossible to deal with only 2 belts for running.
Breakfast is too basic and expenssive, paying extra 25 pounds for eggs and beans doesn't make sense, we choose breakfasy outside for a better price almost every morning
