First time staying here and not disappointed amazing hotel location is first class. Room was brilliant with a view of Big Ben had the pleasure of meeting one of the housekeepers when I left my room Sabina who was happy to take some rubbish from me. The concierge were brilliant and Jaz arranged everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay again!
Had a great stay at an amazing hotel facilities were great and the pool is brilliant, Youlanda at the spa is amazing and the interaction i experienced on the phone while ordering room service with Milly was exceptional look forward to our next stay.
Check-in experience – The arrival experience was disappointing. Waiting times were excessive, communication regarding room readiness was poor, and there appeared to be little recognition of either Radisson Rewards membership benefits or the premium rate paid for a Presidential Suite.
Swimming pool access – The requirement to pre-book a 30-minute swimming pool slot was frustrating and detracted from the holiday experience. While I understand the need to manage capacity in a smaller pool, the booking process was not available through the app and required a visit to reception. Guests should not have to schedule such a basic leisure facility around limited availability.
Cleanliness and housekeeping – Breakfast trays remained in the corridor outside our suite throughout the day, despite staff attending the area for other purposes. This reflects poorly on housekeeping standards and creates an unhygienic impression.
Suite preparation – While the suite itself was excellent, the balcony had clearly not been checked before our arrival. Glassware and swimwear left behind by a previous guest were still present and had to be removed after I raised the issue with room service.
Guest orientation – No one offered to show us around the suite or explain its facilities. As a result, we only discovered some of its features, including the steam room, the following day, leaving insufficient time to make proper use of them during our stay.
Breakfast experience – The breakfast area was overcrowded, and the vegetarian selection was limited. By comparison, our recent stay at another premium London hotel provided a far more comfortable breakfast experience with a significantly better range of vegetarian options.
Despite these concerns, there were also positive aspects to our stay. The views were excellent, the rooms itself were spacious and comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous. However, these positives were overshadowed by a number of avoidable service and operational shortcomings that fell well below the standard we expected.

Amazing location, beautiful interior
Staff was good but just the beginning was poor service. I was told early check-in wasn’t available when I paid for and couldn’t access my executive lounge pass as haven’t checked it. Was there at 12, only when I asked the lady to speak to her manager, only then she said she found a room. Disappointing

É necessário reservar hora na piscina para a frequentar, o que é compreensível, mas: a primeira coisa que tentámos fazer foi reservar uma hora. Através da aplicação na net, estava esgotado nas 3 semanas seguintes, e o serviço telefónico (para onde a recepção nos encaminhou) não nos ajudou. Não tivemos sequer a oportunidade de experimentar este serviço! Mal organizado.

odalarda sabun dısında hıcbırsey yok. Herseyı nakıt odememe ragmen sureklı kartımdan harcamalarım tekrardan cekıldı. Fark edıp ıletınce tekrardan yatırdılar ancak kendı hatalarından dolayı olusan bu durumda ben kur farkından etkılendım. Bu durumu ıletınce sorry deyip gectıler.
