The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect.
Pros:

Our favorite part of this stay was the location in London. It being so close to Westminster Bridge gave us plenty of opportunity to see the touristy spots without having to go far which made it easy to check those boxes and then go explore the city.

Cons:

Honestly nothing that I can think of.

Die Lage ist top!

Zimmer gross und geräumig und super Aussicht.

Cons:

Zimmerservice mittelmässig. Oft vergessen fehlendes wie WC Papier oder kleine Waschlappen nachzufüllen.

Unpersönlich da grosses Hotel.

Preislich viel zu teuer.
