Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – viele der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und immer makellos sauber.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich an die unglaublich freundliche Zimmerdame aussprechen, die das Zimmer 743 gereinigt hat. Sie trug ein Kopftuch und war jeden Tag äußerst herzlich, höflich und aufmerksam. Man hat gemerkt, mit wie viel Sorgfalt und Liebe sie ihre Arbeit macht. Dank ihr war das Zimmer jeden Tag perfekt sauber und ich habe mich wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind ein echter Gewinn für das Hotel und verdienen große Anerkennung.

Auch das übrige Personal war jederzeit freundlich und professionell. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Ich komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch in London ganz bestimmt wieder und kann das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zeer centrale locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Proper.

Cons:

Heel groot en druk, vooral de ontbijtruimtes. Er mocht voor mij nog een beetje meer keuze zijn aan het ontbijt, vooral meer vegan opties.

Great staff poor room.
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Without exception they were all amazing. Well done to you all.

Cons:

The room was booked as an accessible room for wheelchair chair accessible. The bathroom was very small, and on arrival was not made up with the necessary rails and shower seat . This was rectified buy staff. But the bathroom was hard to get into with the wheelchair. The room was dark with insufficient lighting and the bed was very uncomfortable so for the money paid not worth it.

Tutto perfetto, peccato per la definizione "Vista Interna" ingannevole!

La posizione invidiabile, l'hotel vanta una reception accogliente e le camere sono ampie per lo standard londinese.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una camera vista interna, questo significa che non si ci aspetta la vista London Eye o Big Ben, però non significa che eravamo in una vista simil bunker di un interno dell'edificio dell'hotel stesso e non prendevano ASSOLUTAMENTE i telefoni, una volta entrati in stanza.

Visto il prezzo pagato sinceramente non è ammissibile non poter effettuare o ricevere neanche un'a chiamata dalla propria camera.

L'unico contatto con l'esterno lo si acquisiva tramite il wi-fi.


Non abbiamo voluto fare polemiche in reception ma essendo anche un soggiorno lungo pari ad 8 notti, quest'aspetto l'ho trovato inaccettabile.

Infine va specificato che a qualsiasi ora del giorno bisognava stare con la luce accesa in quanto nessuna luce naturale e soprattutto per vedere il cielo bisognava uscire fuori dall'hotel...della serie, ti vesti senza sapere che tempo fa e poi ritorni in camera a prendere l'ombrello o la giacchetta, una volta che ritorni a contatto con la realtà...
