Wohnliches Zimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett und grandioser Aussicht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer 723 bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Big Ben und die Westminster Bridge. Der Wohnraum mit dem Sofabett verfügt über eine kleine, praktische Nische mit Spülbecken, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und funktional. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr wohnlich, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Alles in allem ein tolles Zimmer.

Cons:

Badezimmer: Wir hätten uns ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Duschtücher gewünscht.
Schlafzimmer: Der Schrank und die Kommode sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen; die Schubladen der Kommode klemmen und sind vorsichtig zu öffnen.

Friendly modern London hotel in superb location, with options to have breathtaking views towards the River, Big Ben &
Pros:

Stayed in the fabulous located Plaza & booked two spacious rooms both with the awesome views across Westminster bridge to the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, for myself and a friend to mark a very special occasion ( so worth a little extra for the magnificent view!) .
The rooms were spotless, the bed very comfortable& bathroom huge. It was nice to have some crockery , fridge and microwave in addition to the kettle and refreshments and to have fluffy bathrobes and slippers.
It’s so worth having the buffet breakfast , it was excellent with great choices ( very busy after 08:00). All the staff in all depts were so helpful and friendly. We would like to especially mention Emily, the customer relations manager who listened and understood our specific needs and ensured measures were put in place to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended a stay here.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, facile d'accès car proche des métros et de la gare de Waterloo.
Très bon petit déjeuner, propre et plusieurs restaurants dans l'hôtel.
Piscine top avec la réservation, cela permet d'éviter qu'il y ai trop de monde.

Cons:

J'ai été prélevé deux fois du montant de ma chambre mais heureusement cela a été résolu asez rapidement.

Pros:

The hotel was centrally located. Great walk to Parliament in Ben and the London eye. The staff was friendly - especially the baggage and car hop guys.

Cons:

The housekeeping should’ve really upped their game and cleanliness. We arrived late at night. Noticed a corner of the bathroom wasn’t as clean. We put a towel over the dirty area the cover. The next day we pulled out the utensil drawer and found a dirty pair of underwear. Luckily we weren’t eating. Also I mentioned this to the service desk. I was not offered empathy or anything to compensate. Having many years in the customer service field, this was disappointing. I was given Wine glasses with lipstick marks on it that were special delivered by housekeeping. Plus where the carpeted area meets the tile wall, It could’ve used a good cleaning. It wasn’t pleasant to look at as I plugged in my C-PAP. Housekeeping needs to keep a better eye upon delivery and thorough cleaning. Luckily the linens were clean. It was a nice room that accommodated my family for our brief stay. Luckily the weather was good and we were gone 85% of the time.

From this hotel you can go everywhere very easy by boat , underground ,busses 🚇 do not forget to book swimming pool when you stay here!

Not as good as previous stays.

Cons:

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and always enjoyed it, this time they didn't clean our room. First day nothing so I put the please clean room sign out that night. When we got back the 2nd night they still hadn't cleaned our room but had removed the please clean sign. For what we paid it seemed very cheap of the hotel.

Nice but not great…
Pros:

The location is central. Cleaning services were very good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Gym was good.

Cons:

Room didn’t have a view to the outside, just an indoor view to the interior of the hotel. Hotel atmosphere is very dark, the elevators and corridors feels like a nightclub. Breakfast was reasonable but below what I expected for that price. Shower head was leaking and the bath tub mechanism was broken. No option to open a window. Sauna was not hot as I expected. No jacuzzi :(
