Für den Zweck ok.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral mit Blick auf Big Ben, nah am Bahnhof Waterloo. Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal gemacht. Keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Minibar war leer.

Lives up to expectations and beyond
Pros:

The room (suite) was spacious, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff attentive and helpful, the breakfast spread was generous and hearty. The location excellent - just across the Westminster Bridge from the Big Ben, fantastic!

Cons:

My daughter urged me not to forget to add: had the pancakes been included in the breakfast every morning (as opposed to costing extra on the weekdays), the breakfast experience would have been more than perfect :)

Great location, clean, perfect for business travel
Pros:

I liked the size and comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, how quiet the room was, and the separate bathtub.

Cons:

The shower head was a bit loose and needs tightening. Also I wish there was an emergency first aid kit in the rooms. I needed a Band-Aid and there wasn't anything to help.

London ist eine faszinierende Stadt und das Park Plaza bietet hierzu die ideale Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum London Eye, Parliament sowie Westminster Abbey. Per Underground alles weitere prima erreichbar. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, sehr fein. Pool ganz ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit Zimmer. Wir mussten auf unser Zimmer warten (erst ca 15.40 Uhr ready).

The accommodation was adequate. Top marks for the location and breakfast service.
Pros:

The daily breakfast service was a highlight. There were a great variety of options to choose from. We were always satisfied with the breakfast service. The hotel property is located close to many landmarks - Big Ben. Parliament, Westminster Abbey and close walking distance to 2 Underground stations. It is an easy 20 min walk to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace.

Cons:

Our room assigned at check was disappointing. No view of event the interior areas. It was hard to tell if it was day or night outside. Based on the location, it was restricted spatially. I booked 2 rooms and requested rooms close to one another, we ended up with rooms on floors 5 & 12.
We had slow drains for the sink and bathtub through our stay.
