Location
The cupboard for hanging clothes is dreadfu whoever designed next to the table had to be a man - women would not make it so difficult as l cant reach hangers with those stupid coat hangers - had to ask for glasses to drink a glass of wine only 2 coffee mugs - my TV didnt work one day and also today should have more movie channels - the free to air TV is appalling several channels with the same rubbish- that is really bad - you could change the carpet as its not good - walking around bare foot after a shower feet were black had to buy a pumice stone to clean feet - I'll still stay there as location convenient
Central and easy to find.
Room very small
As a solo female traveller there needs to be a warning not to stay here, felt very unsafe and requested refund and stayed somewhere else, which was freely given as female desk worker completely understood
Big bed
Air con
Small
Location
The room didn't smell very pleasant, air conditioner made a horribly loud noise throughout our time there and the bathroom had cracks in the hand basin.
Close to everything, lock up underground parking, affordable, comfy bed air-conditioning works well
Needs more pillows 1 is not enough
I've stayed here many times - it's convenient to public transport, close to the city, surrounded by cafes, and the beds are huge and comfy.
But I got in late last night and have a late check-out, which was wrecked by the noise the cleaners were making at 7.30am. Not just the normal clang and bang - no, these ladies were having a very loud animated chat right outside my door. This only stopped when I got out of bed, opened the door and glared at them. Management need to remind them this is a HOTEL, and people may actually be sleeping, perhaps?
the bed
lack of pillows
Nothing
Room smelt bad beds made us itchy and one of the beds sheets were not clean.
When I went to have a shower water came out brown to start with then cleared up.
Very tiny room
I booked the motel room online, easily done, close to city centre, so great location, comfortable bed, air-conditioner worked well, good value for money.
Carpets looked all stained up, soap holder in shower kept spinning around
Clean, quiet, great bed, near some reasonable eateries
The check in. I arrived late - 2145 - delayed train - and the office that was supposed to be working til 2200, wasn't.. Had to call a second cab to take me to a different location; and a third to get me back to the hotel, where I eventually arrived around 2300. There are no staff at the hotel, other than cleaners. It's a poor way to save expenditure on staff - and was a really frustrating start to my stay.
The bed was comfortable
It was a tad too small
Location & cost
The location is great. The room is great really love the artwork on the walls. We will be back
What we didnt like:
The fridge being in the cupboard its to hot with the door shut. Needs to be on desk. Maybe a little bigger fridge.
No microwave think this should be in the room
The kettle had water still in it and it started to rust.
And the face that there's no place to put rubbish.
The shower heads need to be one where you can move it as im short so I had to turn off the water to wash my hair then turn it back in to rinse out.
Convenience. Clean. Friendly staff
Broken tap at sink. Very noisy & inefficient air conditioning. TV was unreliable and kept crashing. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan.
Great location. Does what it say, no hidden surprises. Comfy bed. Small room but had what you needed as I place to stay.
Very large bathroom and very accessibly designed
Very much private and personal experiences with the quiet and go through to room access to balcony and you can be happy alone yet your close to city
Value for money, convenient location
