The hotel facilities are outdated, and the front desk service was very poor. The air conditioning was insufficient, making the room hot and uncomfortable, and there was also significant noise. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the floor and inside the room. In-room amenities such as the toilet, lighting, and television were all old and outdated. There were no smart controls or robot delivery services available.
The front desk service was very disappointing — during check-in, the staff did not ask about my room preferences or explain the deposit policy; they simply processed my check-in and deducted the deposit without any communication.
Location in Nanping is great and around the corner of Metro Line 3 (exit 6). Great choice of Breakfast. Very friendly staff. Nice and spacious rooms with a very good kingsize bed. Shower clean and works super! Very good Wifi.
Laundry service a little expensive. But in fact nothing to complain. It is worth the value for a stay in the hotel
I am disappointed by the staffs service they are not attentive to our need etc room is hot and when we ask them to make the room cold it was not met and when we ask them to assistbus to get transport to airport it was not met

AC was not working, room was very hot. tv was not working also. not what one would expect for that price.

重慶富力艾美一直是我來重慶住宿的第一首選，附近就是非常熱鬧逛街的地方。最重要的是價格非常親民，而且人員的服務素質非常得好。非常推薦大家來入住。
一早七點樓上就有洗澡的流水聲
位置在重庆南坪区，隣近地鉄站，傍边是万达广场，方便购物飲食
