I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again!
Pros:

Fantastic location with true ski‑in/ski‑out access, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a real treat to relax in the spa after a full day on the slopes. The restaurant was lovely, offering great food and a stunning view of the mountain — a perfect way to end the day.

Cons:

I would have liked a refrigerator in the room. It appeared that there had been one previously, but the space was empty. The bathrobes in the room were size XXL. When we asked for a different size, we received quick and smooth assistance, but the bathrobe provided was a children’s size and ended up being too small. It was not a major issue, but it would have been nice to have a medium size available.

Pääsiäisloma keväthangilla
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on kätevästi rinteen vieressä ja näköala revontulineen upea. 2 mh huoneisto sisäyhteydellä oli toimiva ratkaisu 4 lapsen kanssa. Buffet ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää ja aamupala loistava.

Cons:

Ravintolassa voisi olla pääsiäisen aikaan enemmän perinteisiä pääsiäisruokia ja buffetissa monipuolisemmat gluteenittomat jälkiruuat.

Över förväntan.
Pros:

Väldigt bra frukost. Smidigt för mig som är allergisk då de hade tydlig märkning.
Fint hotellrum med utsikt mot backen. Vi kunde sitta på balkongen och titta på slalom tävling.
Smidigt att bara ta på skidorna och börja åka.

A little disappointed
Pros:

The breakfast was good but could have been better. Location is superb

Cons:

The room was very dated. I expected more for the price. It was very expensive. The pool spa area was very crowded and disappointing because of that.

Hyvä hotelli lappilaistunnelmalla
Pros:

Kaunis ja siisti Lappi-henkinen hotelli. Kivasti sisustettu, mukava tunnelma. Kaikkialla ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen laadukkailla ja monipuolisilla kotimaisilla tuotteilla. Useampi ravintola, joissa ruokailla päivällä/illalla. Ruuissa Lappi vahvasti läsnä. Huone vähän kulunut, mutta siisti ja puhdas. Hyvä päivittäinen siivous. Rinteet, ladut ja talvipolut lähtivät aivan hotellin vierestä. Hotellin edestä myös suora bussiyhteys Ski Bussiin, lentokentälle, Snow Villageen ja Leville.

Cons:

Kylpyläosasto ajoittain kaaottinen ja liian täynnä. Lähinnä lastentarha. Harmitti todella!!
Sijainti vähän syrjäinen koska ei ollut autoa mukana. Mutta onneksi Ski Bussilla pääsi näppärästi Äkäslompolon puolelle (melko hintava tosin matkan pituuteen nähden).
