Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodations address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For more information regarding accommodations for guests with reduced mobility, please contact the property.
Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancelation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodations is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.

For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from 01/06/2025 to 31/09/2025 and some rooms may be affected by noise.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Très bon !
Pros:

Le parking souterrain vraiment top pour la voiture ! C’était une belle surprise à notre arrivée gratuit !

Cons:

La literie n’était pas très confortable , ainsi l’espace balnéo le jacuzzi ainsi que le hamman et sauna n’a fonctionné pas correctement voir pas du tout

Apartamento muy cutre pero a pie de pistas.
Pros:

Tiene parking y buena calefacción.

Cons:

Muy sucio... es de moqueta y con la cocina en la habitación es lógico encontrar manchas y olores.
Poco aisladas del ruido, se oye todo del pasillo y de las habitaciones de al lado.
La cocina es muy pequeña y con utensilios en mal estado.
Para estancias de más de 3 noches no dan ni una toalla para salir de la ducha... lamentable.

Pequeño estudio pero funcional
Pros:

Buena ubicacion.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero se entiende que es un sitio que en temporada alta tiene mucho ajetreo y es normal. Es un sitio que cumple la funcion que es alojarte cerca de pistas.

Los Edredones estaban sucios y olían muchísimo a sudor, eso fue lo peor. Nos costó descansar tapandonos con ellos. Vimos a muchísimas familias salir con maletas para desalojar y a mí que iba sola con un niño pequeño me hicieron sacar todas las sábanas , toallas y nórdicos a una montaña que estaba tirada en el suelo en un rincón. Tuvimos que esperar a que revisaran la habitación, había doblado todo lo usado y dejado bien colocado en una silla pero me hicieron sacar al pequeño del coche para bajar , recogerlo y sacarlo fuera. Pregunté a una familia española y a ellos no les dijeron que hicieran nada de eso. Jamás me había encontrado con algo así

La tranquilidad y la ubicación, ya que los apartamentos están muy cerca de las pistas. Además, los recepcionistas fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Las almohadas no eran cómodas; muy blandas, junté dos para hacer una. Además, la TV solo tenía canales franceses, no había ninguno en inglés ni en español.
