Beautifull view from terrace on the mountains. Comfortable, new room.
Absolutely recommend staying here. It's at the last stop from the city shuttle in Springdale, so it's not so busy in the evenings. Beautiful view from the balcony! Super comfy bed. Clean. You can park right in close proximity of the room.

The location was beautiful!
They should have a smaller bike rental right from the property as it is further out of town, than everything else but we would have rented e-bikes right there. However the Zion bus system was excellent and easy to use as a means to get closer in town!

The location was great! We were right by the shuttle stop which was very convenient. The room was very nice and clean. I liked the modern feel to the room. The bathroom was also very nice.
Where our room was located, we were not close to the pool and the main area of the hotel. The quiet feel to our room and view was worth being a bit set off from the main hotel.

Away from the busy downtown but close enough to enjoy it. Rooms were great, view wonderful. Pool not crowded.

Room was clean, location was great and right near the free town shuttle (although on the final stop so can be quite a long way in), pool was lovely.
The hotel website says there is an airport shuttle service that you can pre arrange through the hotel which was the main reason I booked here (I was happy to pay, I just needed the shuttle arranged for me). When I arrived at the hotel and asked to organise my departure shuttle, they said they don't offer that service and gave me a business card to a cab company to organise it myself. They also accused me of misunderstanding saying I must have been confused by the free town shuttle which I found very disrespectful when they were the one's who were confused and in the wrong.
The restaurant was also not in service when I arrived with no pre communication of this. I arrived late in the afternoon and given most restaurants in town close early and the final town shuttle bus is at 8pm, I had limited options for food. They suggested I walk 0.5mi in 105° heat to get dinner. This should have been communicated in advance so I could have prepared food on my way into Springdale.
Overall communication from staff was lacking and they really went out of their way to attack me and defend themselves rather than be genuinely helpful
