What a place to retreat to after hectic exhausting days. A real gem.
Pros:

This property was a stretch in the budget but well worth every penny. Spacious space, balcony, and a great bathroom made the time spent in the room pleasurable.

Cons:

Unfortunately stair steps were required to reach our room. For two 70 year old folks, carrying luggage up was not a pleasant task.

Pros:

Emplacement incroyable, accès au parc en navette. Chambre très propre avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres, un jacuzzi chaud mais sans bulle. Un restaurant franchement pas bon. Et un personnel qui fournit des informations approximatives voir fausses.

Pros:

Wir haben uns zu einem Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Blick auf den Strip überreden lassen und es nicht bereut. Super Poolbereich. Lecker Frühstück. Ideal zum Ausspannen von der doch sehr aufregenden Stadt. Alles top!

Beautiful, great value and highly recommend.
Pros:

Spacious, well decorated rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Great location across from park shuttle. Staff was very accommodating. The view from the restaurant was beautiful but food good but average in comparison to everything else the property offers. We will stay again if back in Zion.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant did not meet expectations as we had eaten at abSego in Kanab that was outstanding.

Great location and views
Pros:

The location is away from the busy Springdale main strip which means it's not walkable to restaurants/the park but that's made up for because it's quiet and easy to get on the shuttle (closer in, the shuttle will fill up). Check in, check out, and parking were a breeze. The Annex building provided AMAZING unobstructed views from semi-private balconies. With minimal light pollution, the night sky came alive. The pool/hot tub area was perfect after a long day of hiking!

Cons:

Beware: The restaurant and bar close at 9pm (fairly common for all of Springdale). We were told we could place a to-go order after 8:45pm only to arrive and be told the kitchen was shut for the night. Not a knock against the hotel, just a friendly warning for others.

Comfortable, convenient and stylish boutique hotel with southwest vibe and views
Pros:

New boutique Southwestern style hotel at south end of Springdale. Gorgeous views of Zion canyon right from the room terraces. Quiet and the shuttle bus stop is right across the street.
