Pros:

Pretty good place on the main shopping and food street. Morning breakfast was good and the people at the restaurant were accommodating our requests.

Cons:

The room felt cramped, but not a big deal for us since we were mostly out all day.

Great location, fantastic staff and food. Couldnt fault the service or facilities at all.
Pros:

The decor is fabulous, breakfast was fantastic as were the snacks and cocktails in the evening. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the room was spotless. It’s right beside the MRT so you can get to all the attractions in no time at all.

Cons:

The room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean and the bed was great (a double bunk bed which slept myself, by husband and our two daughters) but if I had one small criticism it’s that the room was extremely small. The TV could only be watched while lying on the bottom bunk and there was no real room for luggage or living about the room. I was told at check in I was being “upgraded” and if that really did happen i cant imagine the size of our original room 😅It was perfect if you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the room, but if you do I would opt for one of the larger rooms, of which there were plenty, I saw the larger rooms when the doors were open for cleaning at turnover. So this was really our own fault for not checking the specs when booking but just something to be conscious of.

Pros:

Great location, close to MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well-kept property. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Had booked a half-board package and it was a bit tricky to figure out what was included. It differed a bit depending on which staff worked at the restaurant, but the staff was very helpful and the head waiter was extremely accommodating. Might have been an error on our end or not so clear information from Booking.

A lovely little hotel.
Pros:

A lovely little hotel, smart, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Located within a 3 minute walk to Farrer Park metro station making it very easy to get around Singapore.

Cons:

When we arrived the room was only made up for 2 people, not 3. The room was very small, which I had seen from other reviews before booking, but it made getting things out of suitcases and backpacks quite challenging in a small space. There was also a misunderstanding with the package we had booked which included breakfast and access to the lounge but I was questioned about this a few times to start with, which was a little embarrassing. Once sorted, however, we were very pleased with our stay.

Pros:

Super friendly staff.

Cons:

It all felt a little tight.

Pod 39 in NYC was smaller but felt less cramped.

Too much "india" for the sake of India.

The furniture didn't fit the room.

A jewel box of a property in the heart of little India!
Pros:

Unique decor, novelty bunk beds, excellent staff.

Cons:

The suite was still a very small room so was difficult with 4 people and large suitcases.
