Hotel bien situé et très agréable. Décoration, ambiance, petit déjeuné tout est plutôt qualitatif. Chambre propre et confortable, Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute et serviable.

Cons:

Salle de bain et douche un peu étriqué pour notre chambre mais c'est un détail.

A regretful experience. Poor value for the money spent.

Cons:

The hotel management assigned us a room in an area of the building currently undergoing some restructuring work. Because of the on-going works, the room heating was out of order (in February). The hotel staff did not warn us about such - not secondary - inconvenience, and this was not very polite, almost a scam. We were provided with 3 small electric fan heaters, BUT electric plugs in the room were not working (again most probably in connection with the overall works going on in that part of the building) and therefore we could not make use of them, nor could we recharge our mobile phones over night. All in all not a pleasant experience. That side of the Hotel should have not been rented out at all! The Hotel goes straight in our black list for the future.

Pros:

Einfach alles perfekt gewesen in diesem Hotel . Personal , Service , Zimmer und das hervorragende Frühstück.
Die Lage zur Altstadt optimal , nur einige Schritte und man ist da. Dorothe war sehr nett und hilfsbereit !

Pros:

Sehr zentral zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürigkeiten.
Einfache Anfahrt und mir eigenen Parkplätzen (kosten aber was).
Sehr gutes Frühstück - der Abräumservice dürfte etwas effizienter sein... schwierig zu sehen welcher Tisch frei ist - oder immer noch belegt.

Cons:

Etwas lärmig in der Nacht... wenn in anderen Zimmern die WC-Spühlung betätigt wird. Das auffüllen - mit Wasser - beim WC kriegt man - mit Rauschen und Blubbern - sehr mit in der Nacht.
