Excellent Stay in Gaziantep
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they took care of all our needs and made us feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Beyza and Hatice for their kindness and attentive service. We would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Gaziantep.

Pros:

The Ibis Hotel's location was excellent, and the parking lot was quite spacious. Breakfast was varied. The staff was friendly. They wore orange T-shirts, and it's clear that Human Resources attaches great importance to raising awareness for children with leukemia. Ms. Nurhak was very polite and organized. I thank the entire team for their hospitality.

Tek sıkıntı yataklardı. Yaylı yataklar belli ki baya eski. En ufak bir kımıldamada yatak baya gıcırdıyor. İşin kötüsü yan odada biri varsa onun da gıcırtısı duyuluyor.

Yatakların değişmesi lazım. Onun dışında yeri güzel, temiz bir otel. Özenli personele sahip. Yataklar da değişirse mükemmel olur.

İki gece Sadece konaklama hizmeti olarak kaldık. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Otopark olması, çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde olması olumlu yanları. Sadece odalar biraz daha büyük ferah olsa daha iyi olur

Bağlantıli oda istememis olmamıza rağmen ,bağlantılı oda verdiler yan odadan gece 12 den sonra sürekli telefon sesi geldi, gece 1 de oda değiştirdiler yeni odanın ısıtma ve soğutma sistemi iyi değildi. Dinlenmek için gittiğimiz odada huzursuz ve mutsuz konakladık.

İbis Gaziantep konumu çok güzel bir noktada. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Ses yalıtımı da çok iyiydi. Rahat bir uyku çekip güzelce dinlendik. Personel arkadaşlara da teşekkürler güler yüzlü karşıladılar. Gaziantep’i de çok beğendik inşallah kış aylarında tekrar geleceğiz.
