Pros:

Hotel soigné avec personnel très attentif aux clients. Skybar avec petite piscine jaccuzi très sympa et dejeuner très complet. La localisation est top à Hanoï. Le lit est très confortable

Cons:

J'ai séjourné 2x dans l'hotel. Ma 1ere chambre avait la partie évier de la salle de bain de la chambre. J'ai signalé que c'était la seule chose que j'avais moins apprécié et il m'ont mis une autre chambre pour le 2ème séjour avec sdb 100% séparée. Très appréciable

I had a nice 4 day stay in Hanoi altough I had to upgrade my room
Pros:

Staf is very kind, breakfast is good

Cons:

The room I booked seemed dark and only had a very small window so I asked for an alternative for a 4 days stay you want to feel “at home” on your room so they offered me another room, Therefore I was charged 40 $ per day extra. I’m glad I decided to accept.
For payment by credit card they charge you an extra 5 %

Pros:

We verbleven slechts een nacht. Maar het was een goede hotel, zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Schone kamers, maar niet heel praktisch ingericht. Desondanks ruim en van alles voorzien. Het ontbijt wat erg goed, mooi uitzicht over de stad en heel veel keuze. Ook de locatie was goed, vanuit het hotel is alles goed op loopafstand te bereiken.

Cons:

De kamers zijn heel erg gehorig. We hadden een stel met kinderen naast ons, die hoorde de hele tijd hardop schreeuwen. Uiteindelijk sliep dat kind wel, maar het is gehorig.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Shining Central. The hotel is perfectly located and very comfortable, but what truly made the difference was the staff. A special thanks to Kaycee, who was incredibly kind, pleasant, and proactive throughout my stay. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and always greeted me with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Exceptional service, comfort and location
Pros:

This is a great hotel with exceptional service. I got my room upgraded to a balcony room which was lovely.

The hotel is a cute boutique style, perfectly located and clean, with comfortable beds and good room size. The room aircon is also great.

The staff are so helpful and welcoming, especially Hong and Jen, and are proactive with WhatsApp comms. Hong helped me organise activities and reached out to offer to extend my stay when our Ha Long bay cruise was cut short due to weather and we had to return to Hanoi late at night. Jen sent me some great tips for enjoying Hanoi and was super friendly. The staff are always downstairs to welcome you and make you feel safe. The bar service was also great, as was the laundry service which was efficient with same day return.

The pool is actually nice and cold (not always the case at other places) and there is a small gym with basic equipment. I had a great massage downstairs too which was very relaxing.

Overall highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The ONLY reasons I gave 9 instead of 10 for facilities are:
1. the pool area was a little hard to navigate due to lack of space (which obviously is understandable in Hanoi).
2. the gym was a little too warm at times (however I didn’t ask to increase air con so maybe that would have been possible).
2. there was also no fan in the bathroom so the humidity in there had caused a little bit of build-up on the blind (but again, understandable for humid Hanoi!).

La gentillesse du personnel qui s'est montré très efficace et qui nous a aidé et a gardé nos valises le dernier jour. Un grand merci.
Le restaurant agréable avec de bons plats à des prix raisonnables

Cons:

La chambre de luxe avec fenêtre qui donne sur un mur et qui est assez sombre car l'éclairage n'est pas suffisant.
La très petite piscine coincée derrière le bar.
La photo ne montre pas du tout la réalité.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi.

Nach unserer Rundreise verbrachten wir weitere drei Nächte in dem Hotel und wurden nach unserer Rückkehr erneut herzlich begrüßt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht jedoch an Kaycee, die sich persönlich um uns gekümmert hat und unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer lieben Art zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat.

Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer könnte heller sein.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in bester Lage.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi.

Wir wurden vom Hotelpersonal herzlich begrüßt. Hervorheben möchten wir jedoch Kaycee, die sich persönlich um uns gekümmert hat. Aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse der Autovermietung stand sie uns als Dolmetscherin hilfreich zur Seite.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in dem Hotel und starteten am nächsten Tag unsere Rundreise. Die Koffer konnten wir bis zu unserer Rückkehr unproblematisch im Hotel deponieren.

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer könnte heller sein.

Perfect stay near the lake.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Sweet room with everything we needed. Breakfast with a view was plentiful, and the wonderful staff were incredibly helpful. Special mention of Hong, who arranged several things for us like a real professional. So kind and intuitive. Location was great - would highly recommend
