Can not say enough about this Hotel. Absolutely Brilliant all round.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel. We have stayed here three times. The Staff are exceptional. If you get to meet Hannah she treats you with 5 Star attention. Location for transport, restaurants & shopping is perfect. Breakfast was a huge selection. Definitely recommend staying here.

I didn’t like anything property. Property structure feels like it’s a prison. When we reached there we couldn’t even stand there because the congested rooms and covered hotel. Everything was covered.

Hannah at the reception desk provides truly exceptional service. From managing a smooth check-in to recommending the best local spots to eat and explore, checking that the room is comfortable and one chat away from Whatsapp she made our entire stay seamless from arrival to checkout. Her hospitality gave the property a true 5-star hotel feel. Because of her outstanding service and the excellent value for money, we actually booked another room with her before heading back home, which she arranged flawlessly.

Beyond the service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for resting after a long day of exploring Hanoi—and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. While you can find a lot of accommodation options in the Old Quarter, this hotel is well worth spending a few extra euros for an exceptional, restful stay.

From the moment we arrived at the airport transfer until our departure, everything was absolutely perfect. The quality of service was exceptional throughout the hotel.
A special thank you to Hannah at the reception desk, who took such great care of our family. She was always kind, professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Her warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We were also impressed by the restaurant, where every meal was delicious and served by a friendly and attentive team. Thank you to all the restaurant staff for their outstanding service.
The same high standards could be found everywhere in the hotel, from the reception area to the Sky Bar, where we enjoyed a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service.
