Pros:

a mi hijo y a mi nos encanto el desayuno una gran variedad de comida y hasta llenarte si quieres, y un super plus es que en la recepcion siempre tienen aguita de infusion estan super buenas, ademas del cafe que siempre puedes tomar es muy rico.

Al parecer por el mal tiempo o alguna situacion la salida del hotel a la playa estaba cerrada

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA, NADA RECOMENDABLE

El hotel tiene un PESIMO SERVICIO lo que hizo que la estancia no fuera nada tranquila ni para descansar, viajamos en un puente y entiendo que la ocupación es alta, pero nos entregaron la habitación 2 horas y media después porque había poco personal de limpieza, si ya sabes que la ocupación de tu hotel está el 100 porque no prevenirse?)
Cuándo al fin nos entregaron la habitación nos dieron una que ESTABA OCUPADA, lo peor es que subí y abrí la habitación con la llave que me dieron, lo bueno es que había huéspedes adentro y tenían el seguro si no fácil pude entrar (ahora imaginen que les dan su habitación a otra persona también, abre la puerta y están ahí tooodas tus cosas, porque no tienen caja de seguridad, que peligro)
En la habitación no había toallas cuando baje a pedir para la habitación y alberca, NO TENIAN LIMPIAS, así que ocupe parte de mi tiempo de vacaciones para ir a comprar unas toallas, ya no pudimos disfrutar la alberca ya que al regreso ya estaba cerrada y al otro día temprano había planes.
Por si fuera poco el piso de la habitación estuvo SIEMPRE mojado y nadie fue a secar o a ver qué pasaba y la habitación tenía un olor raro.

En mi vida me volveré a quedar en algún hotel de esa marca, nuestro día de descanso no tuvo nada de descanso y puro coraje, ah porque la luz de la habitación no se apagaba!!
