The beds and rooms had roaches I told the staff and they didn’t change my room I called booking and they said would call me back and never did the worse customer service on both parties

The staff was friendly and helped us anytime I had an issue.

Cons:

First we where put in a room that had already been checked into. I went right away to the front desk to make them aware of the situation and they did apologize for the mixup. The room we ended up being put in was far from what we was expecting based on the photos online. The room had several holes in the walls and it appeared to be a room that was actively being remodeled. The bed was clean and comfortable and after a 8+ hour drive and looking for a place to rest overnight before the same drive back it served its purpose. Overall I would give the hotel a 2.1 star out of 10 and would not recommend it to anyone, nor will I plan on staying there ever again.

I will never stay there again!

Nothing at all

Cons:

Hotel room was dirty, holes in the wall, walls floors and tops of everything was nasty. Smell like a nasty bar smoke smell! Door didn’t close. There was no hot water. No coffee pot.

Nothing this location was terrible

Cons:

Nothing at all the light bulbs kept flickering on and off then the bathroom door barely shut the hotel room front door was also messed up!!!!! Then they didn't want to wash out towels or give us fresh towels at that the black lady that works the front dress with the black head wrap in her head is rude as ever and had the most nastiest attitude ever!!!! I won't be coming back to this location ever
