Pros:

The location of the property was great and the staff were very kind.

Cons:

We were asked to leave a 100 Euro deposit which we found out about on the spot, and the Wifi in some parts of the room would not connect.

Pros:

- proche de la gare centrale (10 minutes à pieds)
- petit balcon donnant sur la cour

Cons:

- accueil pas très chaleureux
- pas de couverture dans la chambre, j'ai eu froid les 2 nuits au milieu de la nuit
- la chasse d'eau a fonctionné 1 fois sur 3. Obligé de prendre la poubelle en guise de seau !

Room was small
Fairly expensive

Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Personal (Rezeption und Service) äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Hotel einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

Comfortable, friendly hotel, close to termini
Pros:

Our other apartment was cancelled two days before arrival so we had to find a last min hotel for a family of 4. It was comfortable and the room was spacious and the staff v friendly.

Cons:

It’s quite dated overall but was clean. We did pay quite alot for a two night stay but it was manageable for us. We had an issue with the safe as the battery died and all our stuff was in there. We hadn’t discovered this until we were checking out so we had abit of waiting and was abit stressed as we needed to leave. Gino was really helpful.

Ottima esperienza. Hotel da consigliare agli amici!
Pros:

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione Termini ma in zona tranquilla, quindi comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città con i mezzi. Le stanze piccoline ma confortevoli e pulitissime, come il bagno. Abbiamo provato anche la colazione di ottima qualità, con personale molto gentile ed efficiente.

Cons:

Si sentiva molto la doccia del vicino. L'armadio era un po' incastrato tra il letto e il bagno.
