THE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD
Pros:

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
The person at the reception, whose name was Gino (or Jino), was very rude. The level of hospitality was zero.
I can’t even find the words to describe how bad the room was. The price of this hotel is far too high for what it offers.
They also required the city tax to be paid in cash, which was very strange.
The only positive experience was with Aleksandr, who was polite, professional, and kind to the guests. Thank you, Aleksandr!

Booking.com description was deceiving. This hotel isn’t a short distance from the airport, there is no free breakfast and no free shuttle service to the airport.

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Porhibited to take food to the room, no sound proof at all, everythin
Cons:

First when I went inside the hotel, the guy who worked there around 4.00 PM was so rude. He told me that I should never bring food to the room after I paid. When I told him if he can make an exception, he said “What about you do what I say”

Second, the room is not sound proof as it says, we wake up on the sound of the landline ringing from the other rooms.

The room was also too small, the TV there was just a very small desktop screen, and they even would make you pay for the water in the room.

The small terrace is shared.

Det var rent, fine rom og komfortable senger. Deilig med aircondition i juli-heten. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Praktisk beliggende nær metro og Roma Termini.

Great stay!!
Pros:

Location was convenient to termini station, we did walk to some attractions ie trevi fountain which took around 30mins.

The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere however some night we did hear noise from other guests. Air conditioning was amazing!!

Rooms were cleaned each day, a little bit dated but it did the job and we felt comfortable.

Great value for money in terms of how many nights we stayed breakfast was included but we didn’t use as we wasn’t up early enough lol.

Receptionist was lovely on our arrival, gave us a map of the city, best places to visit and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance La Famiglia Pizzeria we dined here every night it was amazing food and value.

Would highly recommend and return :)

Pros:

La cercanía con Termini hace que uno pueda salir de la estacion y caminar. El
personal super amable en todo momento. Pudimos almorzar en un espacio que nos cedieron cómodos y con aire acondicionado. Volvimos al hotel luego de una larga y acalorada jornada (38C) y nos ofrecieron limonada. Un pequeño gesto pero que se valoro mucho. Limpio, comodo, recomendamos y volveremos
