Pros:

The room so comfortable. The stay was excellent and they had good room service and staff Mr Asanka and Mrs Emma was very helpful and loving.

Pros:

I have stayed more than five times; I find it very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process is quite smooth.

Cons:

My partner arrived at 8:39 PM, which I had previously communicated to the daytime reception. The night shift staff appeared to irritate him. Furthermore, I had asked for a 1 PM checkout, and the reception confirmed this. Yet, at 12 PM, a housekeeping staff member attempted to enter our room despite our having displayed the do not disturb sign.
