Worst stay ever!
Pros:

The suite was big and accommodating my family 2 adults and 2 kids

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working well and the weather there is very hot!
There was a party on the pool and followed by a party on the roof club with very loud music!! You can never sleep in this noise! The windows aren’t sound proof and i have kids with me!
The breakfast was horrible, no varieties, food was late to be served in the open buffet! Very smelly and awful i tried it once and didnt enter the restaurant again!
It says that its a beachfront hotel but the beach is a public beach not a private one!!
The staff were not helpful at all!!

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was good, and the lunchtime food at pool bar was decent.

Cons:

The service was extremely poor, basically non-existent at the pool, most of the staff understood little English. Room cleaning was awful, rubbish not removed, floors not cleaned, bathroom not cleaned. Most of the parasols by the pool were broken, and when we asked we were told if it’s broken, it’s broken. I couldn’t get the cocktail I ordered on the rooftop bar as they didn’t have ingredients. We did not sleep as the beach bar over the road played ridiculously loud music until around 2am every night.

Kommer nog inte bo på det hotellet igen dessvärre!
Pros:

Det enda jag tyckte om med boendet var att jag va på massage nere på spa. Där va personalen väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma . Fick massage av en tjej som heter Hema. Hon va otroligt professionell och framförallt väldigt trevlig och duktig. frukosten va helt ok. Och att läget va perfekt. Nära stranden och en fantastisk strandpromenad.

Cons:

Med tanke på hur dyrt det va att bo där och att de säger de är 4⭐️ hotell så kändes det snarare som 2.
Kortet för att komma in i rummet strulade varje dag jag va där så va tvungen gå ner varje gång till receptionen för att de ska ge mig nytt kort. 2 ggr minst fick jag be de städa mitt rum trots att det ska göras varje dag. Sen så tragiskt nog fanns ingen varmvatten i duschen så det va tur det va så varmt så jag klara mig med kalldusch varje dag.

Cons:

Old and poor appliance, TV was not connected and once it was the voice had problem. Old and small TVs is their best room and largest family room. AC filters were dirty so the air circulation was poor. Windows not sealed enough and had to tolerate laud noise from outside club till 1 am. Slow and tight elevators.

Unfortunately, our stay at Crowne Plaza Antalya was disappointing and certainly did not feel like a 5-star experience.

Our room wasn’t ready until around 3pm, and we were told that it was one of the best rooms and would be worth the wait. Although the room was clean, it was very basic and not what we expected from a 5-star hotel. The bed was also uncomfortable.

One of the biggest issues was the noise from the club, which was extremely loud even from our room on the third floor and made it difficult to relax.

Breakfast was also poor, with the quality and choice falling well below what we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The spa area was another disappointment; it felt dated, basic and in need of updating.

We had booked for two nights but, after our first experience, asked if we could cancel the second night and receive a refund so that we could move to another hotel. Unfortunately, this was declined.

Overall, the hotel felt much closer to a 3-star experience than a 5-star one. While it was clean, the room, facilities, breakfast and overall atmosphere did not justify the rating or our expectations. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

A wonderful vacation with a magnificent sea view.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in a corner room with a sea view. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a manager named Tuna; he was polite and offered us tea. I asked for a room on an upper floor, and to my delight, my request was graciously granted.
Overall, I liked all the hotel staff.
Everyone was always smiling, greeting guests, and very polite. I also liked the room; it was very clean and had a wonderful sea view. Housekeeping was done daily, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished every day. Towels were changed daily as well. I really enjoyed the breakfasts; everything was always fresh and hot. I also really liked the pool, sauna, and hammam. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances, and I will certainly come back for a longer stay. Thank you very much for everything.

Cons:

There is a nightclub on the 10th floor, and the music could be heard until late. But, in principle, it didn't affect my stay, since I knew it was a city hotel and there would be music everywhere.
But there are also advantages: every morning you can greet a beautiful sunrise and admire the view of the sea.

Had a nice time but expected more for the money paid
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and the pool was nice

Cons:

The service around the pool was almost non existent. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing at times and spoke very little English with the exception of the staff at reception.
