J'ai bien aimé le Spa surtout le hamam, ma chambre était agréable avec un jacuzzi et une vue à la mer, c'était propre, mes enfants ont bien aimé la piscine a l'extérieur, hôtel est bien placé, les boissons et café était offert par le personnel juste coté spa mais dans les secteurs était payant.

Cons:

J'ai fais plusieurs Hôtels a Antalya et Alanya, c'est la première fois que J'ai payé le thé, le café,les boissons était payant, le mini bar aussi j'ai payé une fortune en partant.Les repas du midi était payant.
A part Mustafa qui était souriant et aimable et chaleureux avec nous, je peux pas dire la même chose avec les autres personnel qui était froid.

The check in staff referred me to the Hotel concierge to arrange a Taxi and requested payment upfron in Euro which we paid. The Hotel "robbed me," and refused to explain why? it is a shame.

Would not recommended location either, very secluded.
Pros:

Hotel rooms were spacious and beds were changed and room was cleaned daily. Pool area was nice!

Cons:

I would not rate this a 5 star property. In my opinion it’s more of a 3.5-4 star. WiFi was poor. Breakfast was poor. Things like proper hair driers were not supplied. Toilet paper holder falling apart. Shower facilities in bathrooms outdated.

Regrettably Drama Haunted Us
Pros:

The swimming pool and the staff is mostly what's going well for this hotel.

There is massive room for improvement and enhancing the facilities.

The room views are excellent as well, just not the street noise....

Cons:

The top guest floor (9th floor) is right under a night club in the hotel 10th floor and the music late Into the night / early morning hours was not appreciated or easy to sleep with.

There are F&B establishments across the main street that always had parties till 1am and the hotel sound proofing is none existent so that sums it mostly.

Of course there's heavy wear on the furniture and HVAC system that caused us allot of drama and 3 sleepless nights.

I don't recommend using the hotel hamam as that facility lacks English speaking staff and is not well suited for a 5 star facility.
