Beware smokers in terrace rooms!
Pros:

Beware of terrace rooms if you are a smoker. You may be charged 300 euro after checkout due to smoke smell.
Management will, not doubt, respond to this in defense, as I'm seeing them do throughout these reviews.
We are 2 mature adult women, professional, and responsible, we booked a premium terrace room for the convenience of having a smoking area. The terrace itself had 2 chairs, and a table with an ashtray. No problem right?
After checkout and lengthy emails, we were charged with smoking in the room. There was absolutely smoking in the room. Who even does that, when you have a beautiful terrace with an eiffel tower view? The terrace doors do not shut from the outside, no handle to properly close on outside of door. You have to, sort of, pull it as much as you can on your way or by using the door frame.
Anyways, after having our room cleaned by housekeeping after the first night (and smoking on this terrace), no comment or complaint was made to us about the smell in the room. After the second night we checked out and 8 hours later received an email detailing that we had incurred this charge for smoking inside the room. No amount of emails from us could change their mind.
After many hotels on this Europe trip, with terraces that we used for smoking, this was most definitely a terrible and expensive end to our trip.
If you aren't a smoker, go ahead and book, but I will not be recommending this hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Dames des Arts was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was completely seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing stay from start to finish.

The staff truly made the experience special. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The location couldn’t be better. Situated in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Paris. A few blocks away from Notre Dame, 10-20 mins away from the Louvre Musee D’Orsay, Saint Chapelle, and The Pantheon.

Breakfast deserves special recognition. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the scrambled eggs were truly unforgettable. They were honestly the best eggs we had anywhere in Paris during our entire trip.

Overall, Hotel Dames des Arts delivers on every level. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

Overall a great property
Pros:

The staff and very friendly, the facilities were nice and clean. The view on the roof is amazing

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and at a great location! The rooms are very clean and modern. We really like the overrall athmosphere of the hotel. The rooftop offers the best views in the city.

Nice hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Location was perfect - easy to get everywhere! Lovely woman checked us in and was very helpful.

Cons:

Reception area was quite dark and rooms were quite small - not a surprise in Paris but we thought a signature room might come with a slightly bigger space.

Notre deuxième séjour et c’était toujours parfait. À refaire.

L’emplacement très pratique, la décoration raffinée, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, tout était parfait.

Cons:

Juste une suggestion: La disposition des fromages et charcuteries, au petit déjeuner, pourrait être améliorée, par exemple, avoir des couvercles à moitié fixées, que l’on peut juste ouvrir pour s’en servir, sans avoir à les poser du côté.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, meticulous decoration and very comfy beds. A bit small but expected in Paris but the cleanliness and decoration makes up for it... Extra points for the branded amenities (soap-shampoo etc)

Cons:

Very little space for the clothes. We had to keep most of them in the suitcase.
