Just one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff could care less about the people staying in their hotel.
Pros:

Location was convenient to our destination in Sugarland.

Cons:

There was no breakfast, as advertised. If you are not going to serve breakfast, please do not market that you do offer breakfast and take down all the signs inside the hotel stating breakfast times. That is very poor marketing and management. The side door in our hallway that allowed access to the parking lot was not locked and had a rock propping the door open. This is a large security concern for patrons. Furthermore, the pictures hanging in our room almost fell on us. Quite literally, it fell off of the wall without anyone touching it. Please do better and improve these outlined items.

Pros:

The size of the room

Cons:

The receptionist during check in was extremly loud, rude, and demnding. There were 2 massive roaches that were in my room. One was on the wall right when we walked in and the other one was in the shower and we had to kill them. The beds were not queen sized, they were full sized and hard, we woke up in so much pain. We only had sheets to sleep with, not an actual comforter and they had stains. The water pressure was extremely low for a shower, and one of the beds were pushed so close to the wall that we couldnt walk on the side of it even though the room had more than enough space. We didnt even feel comfortable trying the breakfast because of the roaches that we saw and we were on the third floor.
Oh, and we couldnt even close our bathroom door. It wouldnt latch.
The pictures are very deceiving.

Better than expected
Pros:

The breakast was poor as it ran out after 2 days but when the manager came back after the weekend she started getting stocks in
