Nothing....Horrible place.
Everything...from the bathroom which was really dirty, shower wasn't working. Had to go downstairs and the receptionist said it's from the city which was a lie.
The towels and bedding were brown and obviously dirty/not washed clean.
The hallway to the rooms was as hot as hell but the room was cool.
The elevator was dirty, also the hallways.
Everywhere smells of weed...the hallways, entrance and also outside.
The counter tops, tables and stabs was so dusty, had to order clorox wipes from the nearest store to wipe down the entire room.

La ubicacion, muy tranquila la zona
que no me permitieron el acceso a la alberca del alojamiento
Property was clean. No issues with cleanliness. I’ll give them that.
I stayed in room 319 and the front of the door appears dented like it had been kicked in before. The keycard was constantly finicky so I had to go downstairs several times on occasional just for them to refresh it so I can get into my room. Maintenance guy came up once or twice to help me access my room, claimed he would do something to the keypad i don’t know but he didn’t come back. Seemed annoyed as well. The bathroom door doesn’t close at all, the water pressure sucked, and the microwave randomly stopped working. The housekeepers are supposed to clean I think every 3 days but they skipped my room although I’ve seen them on my floor a couple times at other rooms. The housekeeper who did eventually come was very nice. There was an Indian guy who works the night shift who was very rude, I told him that one of the staff slipped a notice under my door that stated I would be charged a $250 fine for smoking but it was phrased in a confusion way, it said “connection to room 309” but I was in 319 so I don’t know if they were saying I was caught on camera “in connection with 309” or they just meant someone staying in that room, but either way the guy didn’t want to take a look in the system or reassure me, he just told me to call in the morning. Well maybe they should have slipped the note under my door in the morning, not at night!! Then he said “it wasn’t me who put the notice under your door” as if it mattered who put it there, what matters is it’s a mistake and I was clearly frustrated because I thought I was going to be wrongly charged. The two black ladies at the front desk there are decent people. The natural hair one could smile more, she’s very serious. The one with the blondish brownish wig kept asking me if I was staying for one night and I had to remind her twice that I was reserved for 5 nights..a little unprofessional but she wasn’t rude. The hotel has bad coffee, dry cereal (which was always Raisin Bran or foot loops) and they had dry corn muffins.
barely hot water... light was bad... had to change rooms. Breakfast was a joke... and staff wasn't professional
The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. 100% 5 start for the entire crew.
Laundry Room needs updated appliances and more in working order. The swimming pool was obviously announced closed the entire 4th of July weekend. People were in it, but it was terribly unsafe and cloudy. Shower pressure in room 308 was almost 0%
Habitación amplia y cómoda muy buena para el precio

Breakfast.. could be better
Staff was great. Location excellent. Facilities great.
Would have loves full breakfast
Absolutely nothing and terrible.
Dirty place, thug and rogue staff.
Very filthy, rigged with marijuana smell in the elevator and hallways. Worst hotel experience for me. Even worse than my last experience and complaint I'd sent you, Booking.com but you ignored it and provided an unrelated irrelevant response. You now have terrible hotel chains in your listings. So sad!
I had to call the police on a staff/thug who harassed me. He was belligerent, bumped me with his chest wanting a fight. He said that he was the manager. The staff stole my cologne after I came back from my errands and they had disrespectfully thrown my items in a corner room of the hotel.
The same staff I had advised that I was coming back from my errands to extend my stay one day. The staff said it was ok because my Uber was at the entrance waiting. I asked him to send room service before I got back to pay the extension. He said it was okay. But when I got back to extend it. They had rudely thrown my clothes, underwear etc out of the room. The cleaning lady was very very rude and may have stolen my cologne or another staff or thug did steal it.
I called the police on the thug/staff who tried to fight me and physically bumped me with his chest. The cops indicated they have been called about the same
thug and that they will remove him from the property if anyone else calls again about his behavior in the community.
The police gave me an option to press charges, which I've placed on hold.
If they don't return my missing item, I will file a battery, harassment and theft charges on the perpetrators and the hotel itself as a whole.
Nothing. There was nothing we liked about this property. There basically was no breakfast. No coffee. There was nothing we liked about this hotel and we will never go back.
The entire second floor reeked of smoke. There were people living permanently in this hotel. We did not feel comfortable at all here. People were coming and going all night long. There was no WiFi offered. The tv had maybe 10 channels that worked and were in English. The shower ran out of hot water in less than 10 minutes, and I felt the need to wear my flip flops IN the shower.
They did give me new clothes and towels and move me to different room when heat was messing up
Room had mess heat itchy beds and the breakfast sucks
The value for money is great and the staff was helpful. The rooms were decent enough.
The shower pressure was very low and the bed wasn't fully clean and not comfortable!
Decent location near many restaurants
Constant low water pressure lots of roaches dirty and smells of weed. Beds are lumpy and hard. Never have I ever had to check in and start cleaning a room before I could feel comfortable to sleep there. When my son woke up to use the restroom during the night we were met with shock when all we saw in the restroom was 30-40 roaches of all sizes. Went down to desk property staff handed me multi-purpose cleaner to remedy the situation. Disgusting to say the least.
Great value
