Worst experience of my life. I am absolutely heartbroken at the loss of my items. The front desk lady never told me I needed to switch rooms when heading out to work that day and to just sign the papers when I got back later that evening. My room was cleaned, cleared then given to another guest. After asking where all of my belongings were another very kind front desk lady let me check their “lost and found” and only one single pair of my boots were returned and NOTHING else. This leads me to assume that the cleaners chose what they wanted out of my things (including a dress gifted to me by my now deceased mother in law, my phone case with extremely sentimental items that I had inside of it that I’ve carried with me for years, other expensive clothing items for work and god knows what else I left that I cannot remember in this moment). Why in the world would they take the time to return my pair of boots and nothing else? They even had me search in the dumpster for my items. I truly cannot fathom why my things would be thrown away when there were similar clothing and miscellaneous items in the lost and found. This is such a loss.

Restroom door wouldn’t close water I. Shower was leaking all night had annoying sound all night some of the charging ports didn’t work

I didn’t like the fact I was involved with an altercation with staff and a customer. Staff used words Bitch, motherfucker, told a customer their mom is on crack and daddy sucks dick, all because he asked where the restroom was located. Staff felt he was being disrespectful because he didn’t say excuse me, customer threw something at staff while I was standing there trying to check in my room. At the end of the day my life was in jeopardy what if the customer had a gun and started shooting we see it everyday on the news. And I had a little cut from the plastic item being thrown.

Not clean very bad smell

The staff was not friendly at all, I asked for pillows from the front desk agent. I didn’t get her name because she was not wearing the name badge however she told me that I should be like the white people and bring my own pillows. I was appalled I could not believe she had made such a statement to me. That was totally unacceptable and there was no complementary breakfast in the morning by 9 AM. Everything was gone the hallways had a smell the guest are rude. They’re up all night playing extremely loud music. It was hard to go to bed and then I don’t know if I was safe at night. They were people hanging around outside late night as well as early morning and I even asked one of the front desk agents were they aware and they told me that the people were residence and that they’re staying there and I’m like OK this is low class like oh my gosh this is terrible. I did not feel safe.
