Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7.

Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability.

Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Aamupala Ok. Samassa yhteydessä oleva ravintola Trofe, sieltä sai hyvää ruokaa ja drinkkejä. .

Cons:

Huone oli nuhjuinen ja pölyinen. Suihku ei pysynyt paikallaan ja huoneessa oli todella kuuma, kuumempi mitä ulkona(+26).

Friendly staff, good food, but the facilities are a bit lacking for a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

Elaborate breakfast and great restaurant. Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant.
Great location, in the middle of the Old Town.

Cons:

Booking.com mentions there is Laundry Service in the hotel, but when I asked the Reception they told me they didn't have it.
The parking lot is about 1.2km away from the hotel, which is quite a hassle if you have a lot of luggage.
The fridge in my room was broken. I reported it to the Reception, but no one came to fix it.
No airco in the rooms

Lobby z restauracją hotelową i ogródkiem wychodzącym na ulicę.

Cons:

Niemiła i nieprofesjonalna Pani na recepcji. Niedostosowana wielkość jadalni w stosunku do ilości pokoi hotelowych. Uwaga. Jeśli ktoś ma problemy z poruszaniem się należy to wcześniej zgłosić przy rezerwacji gdyż nie wszystkie piętra obsługuje winda.

Es gibt bessere Zimmer, wahrscheinlich auch im selben Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Altstadt, alles ist gut erreichbar, auch zum Bahnhof sein des nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war üppig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Im Abfluss der Dusche schwarze Haare vom Vorgänger: ein absolutes No-Go. Das Zimmer war sehr klein mit zwei hintereinander gestellten Einzelbetten, ein Nachttischchen für beide Betten. Der Sessel im Zimmer hatte Flecken auf dem Polster. Bis ca Mitternacht war die Entlüftung (der Küche?) zu hören, ab den frühen Morgenstunden wurde im Innenhof gearbeitet (Autotüren auf und zu).. Von zwei uns überlassenen Schlüsselwörter funktionierte nur eine. Eine Nachtlampe hing am Isolierband.

Gut, aber miserable Bettenanordnung und -Größe
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt nahe am Bahnhof. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant hat eine ausgezeichnete Küche

Puikią viešnagę sugadino gyvenimo sąlygos ir automobilio nebuvimas šalia...
Pros:

Vieta, lokacija, pusryčiai - viskas gerai... Tai tik tiek to gero ir tebuvo, jei kalbame apie viešbutį...

Cons:

Didžiausia problema - nėra vietos automobiliui. Atvažiuoji prie viešbučio ir turi išsikrauti, o po to važiuoji 15 min., kad prisiparkuotum automobilį. Priimanti administratorė paaiškino, kad tai netoli - tiesiai vos 500 metrų. O kad reikia daiktus tįstis... Be to kambarį gavom ketvirtame aukšte, o liftas kelia tik iki trečio. Po to dar painiais koridoriais 10-15 minučių su visais daiktais ieškai kambario, kuris kaip kišenė. Nei kėdės, nei stalo. Sustačius lagaminus, per juos ir reikia laipioti.
