Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7.

Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability.

Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre.
The bed was comfortable
The accommodation was clean and pleasant.

Cons:

I think the bathroom was too small, and there wasn’t a partition separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, just a curtain.

Leider waren wir vom Zimmer sehr enttäuscht da die Betten hintereinander in einem sehr schmalen Zimmer angeordnet waren und sehr kompliziert zu finden.Das Frühstück war sehr gut .Eine Rezeption die nicht sehr hilfreich war und genervt mann hatte das Gefühl dass sie nicht da sein Wollten.

A right disappointment!!
Cons:

Poor breakfast, humble lobby, unfriendly stuff,but the worst!!! Booked a 4 star hotel and the room had a size of 6 square meters!!!!!
There was a bunk bed and the bathroom (of approximately 2 square meter) had no shower tray,no space for your toiletries, no products...
It was a nightmare and I never assumed that it us possible for a 4 star hotel to sell such a room!
What a shame!!!
