Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7.

Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability.

Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location was great.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast could have a little smile, and when I asked for glutenfree bred, they come with it but did not say simple ”yes”, just went away with a sour look.

Esmu pilnīgi šokēts par šīs augstas klases viesnīcas drošības un klientu apkalpošanas līmeni.
Mūsu uzturēšanās laikā atklājās, ka viena un tā pati atslēga der vairākām istabām, kas rada nopietnus drošības riskus.
Mans draugs, kuram ir problēmas ar koordināciju, nejauši iekļuva nepareizā numurā, jo izmantotā atslēga atvēra arī to, un tur uz mirkli pagulēja.
Kad vērsāmies recepcijā ar lūgumu palīdzēt viņam nokļūt pareizajā numurā, personāls reaģēja nepieņemami un rupji un lika mums pamest viesnīcu, neraugoties uz to, ka esam atbraukuši no Igaunijas un tālu no mājām.
Turklāt nākamajā rītā viņi vēl atzīmēja rezervācijas sistēmā, ka neesam ieradušies.
Esam dziļi vilušies, jo sagaidījām profesionālu attieksmi un palīdzību, kādu izrādītu jebkurš kompetents administrators.
Nekāda palīdzība jaunas naktsmītnes atrašanā netika sniegta, un arī turpmākā attieksme bija neprofesionāla.

Hotelli kaunis
Pros:

Huone hyvä ja kiva sisustus.

Cons:

Autopaikka oli liian pitkällä. Auton purkuun ja lastaukseen toivoisin henkilökunnan joustavuutta kun tulee ja poistuu Hotellists. Yritin sisäpihalla lastata 15min mutta henkilökunta oli joustamaton.

La camera era inaccettabile, un letto a castello per bambini, niente armadio, una finestra che non si apriva, un bagno piccolissimo senza vera doccia staccata (si bagnava tutto), con un lavandino microscopico, niente mobilino.

Supersentralt hotell med sjel.
Pros:

Supersentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen.
Hadde tatt vare på sjel og miljø i en gammel bygning. Et slikt hotell du drømmer om å finne. Ok frokost også.

Cons:

Badet kunne vært større, men det er vel vanskelig i en gamnel bygning.
