Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7.

Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability.

Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Kaihea bunkkeri huone nro 001 alakerrassa, näkee kadulta sisään ja kaikki meteli kuuluu kadulta sisään läpi yön ja henkilökunta liikkuu myös alakerrassa. Ovi kun paperia. Kaiken kaikkiaan karmea huone ja paikka!!!
Pysäköintipaikalle liian pitkä matka 10 min kävellen ja ei turvallisen näköinen paikka. Kaikesta johtuen , en yövy toisten.

Pros:

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è la posizione. Alla reseption tutti molto gentili. Il letto comodissimo. Buona colazione sostanzialmente salata, ma personale di sala rigido e poco cordiale. Camera piccola, ma fornita di tutto e sufficiente per una persona sola. In due si starebbe molto stretti.

Cons:

Il bagno pessimo: niente cabina doccia solo una tenda. Lavabo minuscolo. Niente appoggi. Servizio di cortesia inesistente.
Appena arrivata volevano assegnarmi una stanza al 4 piano e dovevo fare molte scale. Mi sono rifiutata e me l'hanno cambiata. Ingresso e affaccio sul cortile quindi buia. Sinceramente l'hotel è carino , ma siamo lontanissimi da un 4 stelle. Due, con molta buona volontà.

La posizione è a dir poco strategica, nel cuore della città vecchia e la colazione era buona

Cons:

Le camere sono vecchie, i bagni decisamente da ristrutturare, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare, è capitato che mi rifacessero il bagno, anche se non benissimo, ma non il letto, hanno lasciato una tazzina usata sul tavolino per tutto il tempo del soggiorno

Great Stay
Pros:

Convenient location in the Old Town and about ten minutes walk from the railway station. If arriving by Viking ferry, a tram goes from near the ferry terminal to the railway station.
Enjoyable breakfast.
Lovely room.
We hope to return to Tallinn and would stay here again.

Cons:

Our room was on the fourth floor and the lift only went up to the third floor.

Bellissimo hotel in stile tipico, in posizione centralissima e a 20 min a piedi dal porto.
Ci hanno dato una culla anche se non esplicitamente richiesto.
Camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato per 2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli (e relativi passeggini) e ci hanno messo nell’ultima stanza dell’albergo dell’ultimo piano. L’ascensore arriva solo al terzo piano (su 5) e l’accesso agli ultimi due è angusto.
Nel bagni il gabinetto era attaccato al lavandino, quindi per lavarsi dovevi o metterti storto o in ginocchio sul gabinetto.
