A limpeza e a localização. O hotel não é luxuoso, mas é um lugar muito limpo, confortável e bem localizado.

Cons:

O banheiro era um pouco pequeno, se nossa estadia fosse mais longa, isso poderia incomodar mais, mas como só ficamos uma noite foi tranquilo.

Pros:

The location was great, easy access to the Ovo Hydro, quiet, bus stop right outside and a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel was generally in a good state, and err’d on the side of charming rather than dated. The breakfast room was impeccable and the food delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in our room was very modern and spacious.

Unfortunately there is no hotel parking and the nearest on street parking is limited to 3 hours at a time. For free parking, you need to park at least a 15min walk away.

Overall, considering the price, compared to other places available for our dates, I was satisfied and would stay again.

Cons:

There was the odd area where some dusting was needed, but nothing bad enough to be unpleasant. The mattress was a bit lumpy, but I must admit I’m a bit of a mattress snob!

Pros:

The location was perfect for us as it is close to all the shops and restaurants, yet set slightly off the main road so nice a quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and was not too small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as we'd already arranged to meet friends, though the set up looked good.
The hotel is happy to store your baggae if you arrive early, which is always helpful.

Cons:

As with many similar buildings in Glasgow it is worth noting there is no lift and there are steps up to the hotel so accessibility could be an issue.

Nie wiem skąd wzięły się opinie o tym hotelu. Jest to miejsce słabej jakości. Meble, ręczniki są mocno zużyte, od ścian odchodzi tapeta i w wielu miejscach łuszczy się farba. Pokoje są małe, łóżka wąskie. Niektóre pokoje są w piwnicy. Pod prysznicem był grzyb. Personel zupełnie neutralny.
