Location was where we needed

Filthly. Shower head was so thick with grim, when turned on barely any water came out and it sprayed in all directions. We walked out within half an hour of checking in. Hotel staff did not seem to care at all, not interested in fixing the issue.

We had to book somewhere else to stay last minute We tried to get a refund through booking.com, but hotal refused (despite us discussing it at the time, and further chasing this via messages on booking.com app) leaving us with a £8 curtesy voucher from booking.com.

Absolute joke, scam from both the hotel and booking.com.
