It was quiet and the location was good
I don't really have anything I didn't like
Great location. Room was very comfortable. It was a brief stay so we did not sample breakfast.
Although mostly fine the bathroom was a bit tired one towel shelf was a bit rusty.
It is in a lovely area. Breakfast was lovely and the Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The double bed was small
Basic room but clean and comfortable. Hot buffet breakfast was good. Convenient for Glasgow west end as well as bus stop and metro station nearby.
Staff super friendly and welcoming. Great location.
Shower door stuck and had to be manipulated quite a bit.

Clean, quiet and comfortable ensuite room with tea, coffee and TV. Short distance - 5 min walk to subway and then 8 mins on subway to city centre.

Strange location of emergency exit light in room
In the thick of it in the West End and only a 7 minute walk from Kelvinbridge Subway Station and close to Byres Road. However, set back and slightly above Great Western Road, which protects a little from late night noise.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the mattresses very comfortable.
Small things but in the room:
- would like decaf coffee
- would like semi skimmed milk
- would like a herbal tea
- better bedside lamp for old eyes
Clean and comfortable
The “family room” featured black mould as an unwanted extra and beds barely fit for two adults, never mind three. Five-star fungi, zero-star comfort!
The room had extensive black mould around the walls, skirting and beside the bed. My son experienced breathing difficulties and needed his inhaler.
Additionally, the room was booked for three adults but had only a small double bed and a narrow single, making it unsuitable for three adults and more appropriate for two adults and a child at best.
Overall, the room was unacceptable and fell well below expectations.
The bed was comfortable and the staff helped me with softer pillows. The location is perfect
The walls are really thin and I could not sleep for next doors tv ( to be fair to staff when I asked them to tell the room to turn it down they did) but then the other side came home from being out and I could hear their conversation all night . The hot breakfast items were poor quality . The shower had mold on the sealant and the tap in the basin was loose
I have stayed here before, and this time I got an upgrade! On my previous stay, I had a very nice room, and a very good night's sleep; this time the room was even nicer, and even though I was at the front of the building, it was still very quiet. I slept extremely well - exceptionally comfy bed. All the rooms are decorated in a different tartan (curtain, cushions and chair covers, and the room is named after that Tartan - it 's actually really nicely done, and I loved the warm reds of the tartan of my room. Staff were, as before, really friendly and helpful.
Water glass in the room? But I got one from the restaurant, so that was no bother!
